"Eva and Erin have always been some of my favourites at Massage Heights. Erin is wonderful at deep tissue massage and has always been a friendly face that I look forward to chatting with; I can always count on her to get the kinks out of my back and hips. Eva gave me a Fairmont level spa quality massage today that I still haven’t fully gotten over. I’ve never been so relaxed in my life!! ???? The Massage Heights Crowfoot crew is always friendly, from their front desk support to reminders when I forget to book myself in for a massage. Many of the staff have been there for quite a long time, and I know that they spend time investing in their staff training as a brand, and that they provide a good working environment specifically at the Crowfoot location. I know that’s why many of the staff stick around. I’ve gone there for over 10 years, and I can’t imagine going any place else. ????"

"I had a very frustrating experience with this place. I called yesterday to book a massage appointment, and their policy requires a credit card on file. I told the receptionist that I didn’t want to provide one because I planned to pay in cash. She didn’t mention it would be an issue and confirmed the appointment. However, when I arrived today, they told me the appointment was canceled because I didn’t put a credit card on file. I understand they have their policies, but if a customer clearly explains their concerns—especially with how common credit card theft is—they should try to accommodate or at least communicate more clearly. Other businesses I’ve dealt with, like my dentist, respect this preference without issue. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly, which only added to the bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on their poor customer service and lack of understanding."

"I used the massage chairs at Nu U float, and they were awesome and a great value. They relaxed my whole body at once which was so necessary after the hard week I’ve had. I went from being sore all over to almost asleep I was so relaxed. The man who owns the business was very nice and accommodating. The best experience will be for people within the average build sizes because even though it adjusts to you, it’s within a range. So, I was a bit too short and my husband was a bit too big to get the full benefits of all body parts massaged even though it adjusts to your size it is within a range of average sizes which my husband and I fall outside of, but even then just the parts that did still fit for us were worth it. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed for longer than what I originally booked and would have stayed even more if there was not someone else booked after me. I recommend this experience for sure, and will go back, and appreciated the value."

"My hubby and I went in for a 45 minute session in the massage chairs and it was wonderful! The atmosphere was very relaxing & peaceful as we were swallowed up by the chairs. Sit back & enjoy! I was mesmerized by a gorgeous piece of art on the wall (I'd love to own.❤️) They have many pieces of jewelry, stones, literature to purchase as well, displayed nicely around the room. Last but not least, the staff was great & very friendly. We enjoyed our first visit and would definitely return for the chairs and other services. I purchased a deal from Groupon. Well worth it!"

"It was our first time visiting here for a massage and red light therapy. It was myself and my husband. The entire experience was lovely. From the moment you walk in you feel a sense of calm come over you. You are immediately immersed in the calming music and scents in the lobby. Francois was very attentive. The treatments were also very good. The massage was wonderful and my husband said the same. It was our first time doing red light therapy and we both enjoyed it as well as learning about its many benefits. Overall it was a wonderful, peaceful experience. Exactly what my soul needed."
