"Beware of Oasis Aesthetics Spa – Misleading Sales Tactics & False Promises. I had a very disappointing experience at Oasis Aesthetics Spa. They pulled me in from the street, offering a "free sample" and claiming they had high-end skincare products at a huge discount for today only. Once inside, they used aggressive and pushy sales tactics to pressure me into buying. At first, I refused and tried to leave, but they insisted I sit down. They showed me expensive online brand products and offered a deal: if I bought a skincare machine with products, I would receive 9 free facial sessions and additional gift products. I was caught off guard and felt overwhelmed by their high-pressure tactics, making it difficult to think clearly. They surrounded me—the manager, the store owner, and several employees—all pressuring me to buy. When I got home and realized the products were not right for my skin, I called them the very next day to request a refund. They refused, claiming all sales were final—something they never mentioned before the purchase. Even though I specifically asked the manager if I could return the products if they didn’t work for me, she said yes. However, once I paid, they denied any possibility of a return. They also lied about the free facials. They originally promised 9 sessions, but after I used only 3, they suddenly told me, "Your facials are done. We only offer 3." This business preys on customers with misleading discounts, false promises, and high-pressure sales tactics. Be very cautious before buying anything from them. I highly recommend researching the business first and shopping elsewhere where you can trust the sales process and return policy."

"Avoid at all costs. I wish I could leave zero stars. Predatory doesn’t even begin to describe their sales tactics. Based on the other reviews, the owner knows what’s going on and her employees are very good at their job (rushing and flattering and non stop talking and pushing more products in your face when you try to leave). I was trying to go to the store next door when I agreed to try hand cream outdoors and was quickly pulled inside to get a free sample. There I was bombarded with products and barely given a chance to speak. I will say I was genuinely interested in buying facial products but expressed I didn’t quite have the money for it at this time and tried to leave. Suddenly a buy 1 get 1 free for $199 became one product for $99 (lol) and a nail buffer and hand cream. Anyway, I ended up folding and agreed to buy the one product which is my own fault for not being confrontational, but that’s what they’re preying on. I said I didn’t want a bag, but gave me one anyways and I assumed a receipt. Once I left, I realized no receipt was given. She mentioned there being no paper in the POS and left, which I believed was to get more paper. After feeling icky, I looked up the product and this spa and saw this is a pretty common experience. I decided to try to return it (despite no receipt) no joke 3 hours later and was told sorry no returns cause it was a “promotional price” (that’s the scam - there’s no real price and no returns for anyone) and she “forgot” to tell me. Again, my fault for being manipulated, but shame on this “spa” for their practices."

"I always feel great and so relaxed after visiting Cameron. After having visited a few different RMTs, I have come to realise that there are so many different techniques out there. Cameron is by far the best at what he does. I love his little oasis outside! You are greeted with serenity as soon as you arrive. His location is also very clean and the table is very comfortable. The hours of availability are also amazing for a working mom! And so far no issues getting a speedy appointment! Highly recommend a visit to see him."

"He did not work on the areas of concern, his dog kept barking he had to leave the room to shut his dog up, the phone rings someone walked in with a question he left the treatment room to answer the person. I did not feel I got a good massage will be shopping for a new massage therapist. First put your dog in a quiet area so clients cannot hear it. Put a sign on the door massage session is taking place please sit quietly until I come out or call . Turn your phone off completely you can check for phone messages later phone should not be ringing in the immediate next room with no sound barrier between the massage room and reception area Not a good set up..very disappointed"
