"We visited Knead Massage Studio in Mount Pleasant for a foot reflexology session, which was a relaxing experience! The studio's setup is clean and calm. The front is designed for foot reflexology appointments, with each chair section separated by curtains for privacy. The back area is reserved for massage appointments, creating a nice flow between them. Our 50-minute foot reflexology treatment started with a warm herbal and floral tea and a soothing foot soak in warm water. The masseuse then applied pressure to specific areas of our feet, making the massage both relaxing and therapeutic. We enjoyed it so much. The bonus was that the session ended with a neck and back massage, a thoughtful touch! We were so impressed that we've already scheduled our next session. We highly recommend Knead Massage Studio for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy pampering! It is a gem in the Mount Pleasant community! ???????? "I've been to Knead twice now, and enjoyed both times! I tried the Fusion with Kay and the Bodywork with Willow. The Fusion was a restorative dry massage with deep stretching, and the Bodywork was a relaxing massage with aromatic oils. Both massage therapists were very professional and considerate, asked about my preferences, and made sure that I was comfortable at different points throughout the massages. The space is clean and relaxing. However, I noticed that the treatment cabins are separated from the main hallway with curtains. Some of the cabins are separated from each other with curtains as well. This was not an issue during my first appointment, but the second time I went, the guest in the cabin next to me was speaking loudly and I could hear everything they were saying. It was distracting and took me out of the experience a bit. Regardless, I understand that the staff can't account for other guests' behaviour, and the massage itself was great! They do have signs in the studio about the quiet space policy, and I appreciate that they also post reminders on social media. Overall very happy with my experiences here, and I look forward to coming back soon!"

"Our Knead experience was great from start to finish. We booked the appointment by phone and got an email confirmation. We did need to confirm in the email again. Something that was a bit weird was that we got rescheduled half an hour past our booking appointment, however it worked out great with our schedule. When we entered the vibe was very calming. We were offered tea - it was one of the best teas I’ve had! My friend was wearing tight pants, so they offered him looser pants to wear since they are also massaging our feet. Overall excellent experience from start to finish. There are also plenty of parking in front of the store."

We were both beyond relaxed—we haven’t felt this good after a massage in so long! "knead massage vancouver is hands down the best massage studio in the city. i go for massages almost weekly as a form of self-care, and today i had a full-body massage with jerry—it was truly one of the best massages i’ve ever had. from the moment you walk in, the space is calming, welcoming, and so well thought out. jerry’s attention to detail was next level. the pressure, aromatherapy, focus on pressure points, and lymphatic benefits made such a difference in how my body feels. she even incorporated deep breathing techniques, pressing on my sternum to help release all the air from my lungs—it was incredible. i left feeling completely reset, relaxed, and re-energized. whether you’re looking for deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology, or just an escape from the stress of daily life, knead is the place to go. i couldn’t recommend them more!!!!!!"

"I had a fantastic massage here! Did a couples massage and we got the private room with 2 beds in it. They walked us in and allowed us to change in privacy together. Once we were ready we got on our beds and our masseuses came in. My masseuse was great! Once she started she asked if there were any particular areas I wanted her to focus on the most. I told her my legs and specifically my calves since we had been doing a lot of walking and hiking the previous days before. After she started she checked the how I liked the pressure and she even gave me a numbered scale 1 = can't feel anything, 2 = feels pressure but no pain, 3 = slightly painful but good, 4 = maximum pain that I can stand, 5 = too much please do less. I told her I wanted to hover around 3-4 and she hit that perfectly. She worked my calves really hard that I felt sore afterwards, but for all the right reasons. Definitely loosened me up and felt good after. My partner said her masseuse didn't ask her anything about pressure and felt like she didn't really get a good massage. I'm sad our experiences were so different while we were right next to each other. My suggestion is to communicate with your masseuse from the start to make sure you're getting what you want. Overall I loved my massage and really enjoyed the couples experience together."

"I've been going to Knead twice a month for some time now and it's been an amazing experience every time. I find "The Body" massage particularly good as you get a chance to customize it to meet you body needs and focus on areas that need more attention. Their foot massages are also great. Staff are super friendly, facilities are clean. If you want a truly relaxing experience this is a good place for it. Kudos to Crystal, who's been my massage therapist the last few times and she's done a wonderful job."

"I have recently gone to the Lucky Health Center. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and escorted to a massage room .One of the first things I noticed was how clean the room was and how fresh and clean the sheets on the massage table were. The Massage itself was one of the best. The therapist was petite but she was able to administer one of the best deep tissue massages I ever had in fact I fell a sleep for a period of time .I would recommend thus place to everyone! "Their service is up on Groupon. When I call them, they say an appointment is available for Sunday! The moment I say Groupon, they say "NO" ... and ask me to come in on a weekday (there is no such restriction on their Groupon ad). I have been through such "double standards" experience before where even the service quality for Groupon customers was way different (poor I mean). If they really want to treat Groupon customers this way, they should not even offer their service on Groupon in the first place! This reflects their total service standards."

"Absolutely terrible experience. I was told by so many they were great but then I went there on a Saturday, was told by the guy that gel would be better for my nails, after $80 I was back the next day as a nail completely fell off while FOLDING LAUNDRY. Went back and they said “it’s my nails fault”. Sunday night I take a shower and a nail bubbles and peels off and another pops off again. I go in Monday and they offer to fix them again which I decline because I can’t just keep going back. I ask for a refund and get a whole $20. Terrible service. Will never recommend or go back."

"All my nails as shaped wrong, even tho I asked for them to be fixed like 10 times, design isn’t the same on either design nail. Not worth the $80 I paid. Don’t recommend."

"Over 100$ for the nails to last 2 days.. the nail tech had to re do the one hand twice and still let me leave like that. The heater was extremely warm and I asked if that could be why it was getting wrinkly and she ignored me and kept doing the same thing.. I called to complain and no apologies were made."

"I got my nails done and the service was good but when it came to paying, their first debit machine timed out so we used another one. It ended up taking two payments from my bank. When I called to let them know what happened they said I’d get my money back within a few days. It’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t received anything. I’m very upset about this."

"Good nail salon . We booked with Sarah and she had great attention to detail. She copied the photo we brought into a T. You just want to be careful when picking nail designs. You get charged per stencil,per gem,per color..it can add up. Oftentimes you go to pay and it's way more than what you thought.. It seems like the more you pay the better service you get.. Say you're getting a simple $50 pedicure they won't take as much time and consideration."

"I absolutely can’t believe the prices of this place. I went to a place in a mall was 50$ for a set of acrylic’s and way better quality of nails. Went to this place with my friend, didn’t take them long to do our nails at all, but the price was crazy.. 200$ for me an my friend, and we got simple nails. I got just white acrylic’s and my friend got white ombré acrylic’s. I wouldn’t go here, unless youre willing to pay 100$ for a set.. absolutely ridiculous.."

"The customer service is very poor. I showed them and told them exactly what I wanted which was a basic French tip with bio gel . I came for a refill so they had a perfect exemple of what I wanted since my old style was still there . The guy mess up the shape of my nails. Then I was switch to another lady that was rough with my nail and told me that even if I didn’t like it she wouldn’t change the it. What I wanted was very basic. And I paid 80$ for it when I usually pay 50 max where I usually go. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend them at all! The left picture is what I wanted and the other ones is what I got . Pay attend to how uneven my nails are and how they are shaped ."

"The girl that did my nails was very polite and pleasant. She was fast but didn't sacrifice on quality. All my nails were straight. She was very informative and explained everything she was doing. I really enjoyed the scent of the oils put on my hands after."
