"We got their head massage + deep hydration facial for $160 per person (Mother’s Day Special): - Head massage - 8/10 (really liked the shoulder massage and the masseuse was super professional) - Deep Hydration Facial - 3/10 (they did not really do a massage or facial cleanse; I had better ones at cheaper places; tbh, I felt like they only did a mask for us in that 60 minutes and they left us in the room for majority of the time. I would not do this service again unfortunately.) Overall, the spa had cute vibes, and the staff were super friendly, but the spa is super small with not many showers, washroom stalls or amenities like sauna to accommodate all their guests. I would really only come back for a head massage if I’m in that area."

"Wow. I loved every minute of my head spa massage! Staff was super friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Very upscale clean and super professional. This experience is so much needed in a world with phones and computers it was a great detox for my head and none the less all that’s included at a very affordable price. "My husband and I had a great first experience at this spa. We both had the reflexology massage with a head massage, and it was exactly what we needed. Kevin applied just the right amount of pressure and focused on the areas of concern. The spa itself was very clean and well-maintained. Jojo at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The pricing is fair considering the quality of service and the added sauna amenity. Overall, we would definitely visit again!"

"Went with my husband. Great head and scalp massage. Very relaxing and very good. My husband fell asleep. Highly recommend. All the staff were very friendly and nice at the front desk as well as our scalp treatment. I also booked reflexology with the additional shoulder and neck massage. I do not recommend getting a massage here. It was a very painful foot massage and not reflexology at all. The girl doing mine was very curt and wore gloves the entire time. During the head and neck part they put a towel on you and massage you with the towel. So odd and it hurt. I thought she might break my neck. Overall the head spa portion was great and the spa itself is very nice. Just don’t go for a massage."

"recently had a scalp massage and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. During the treatment, water got into my ears, which was very uncomfortable and actually caused me pain afterward. I strongly suggest finding a solution for this, as it’s really unpleasant. The massage itself was far too aggressive for my liking. I asked several times for the pressure to be lighter, but it didn’t seem to help, and after a while, I didn’t feel comfortable asking again. I’m someone who truly enjoys massages and have had them in many different places, but this one left me feeling more stressed than relaxed. I had high hopes, but I left feeling disappointed."

"I had such an amazing experience at Water Sense Spa! The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. I tried their hair treatment, and it was incredible, my hair felt so soft afterward. My sisters and brother-in-law got massages, and they said it was the best massage they’ve ever had in the GTA! One thing I really appreciated was that you don’t need to bring anything with you—they provide everything you could possibly need, which made the visit so convenient. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. "Prior to COVID restrictions, I would come here with my sister or my cousin(s) or my mom. The services provided, massage and facials, are superb! They also take care of their customers very well. Ending the massages with a warm cup of tea. I’ll definitely start coming back once restrictions ease"

"I received a gift certificate. The Shellac manicure and pedicure I chose were okay. They wouldn't do the French manicure as the only person who could do it wasn't in and it had to be pre-booked (I was never informed of this). Then my first choices of colours weren't available (the spa and polishes need updating). I had to file my own nails as the person was not understanding that I just wanted a round shape. The prices are a little expensive. I'll likely change this review upon speaking to the owner and receiving a satisfactory resolution. The hotel manager said he would take care of the parking ticket that I received upon leaving, although I did as advised and registered my plate with the spa and was assured by the spa and front desk that this was all that was required. I finally received an email from the owner and I think the customer service could be improved. Also, the Shellac manicure easily peeled off within two weeks of the manicure."

"I would not recommend this establishment. Sure, if you just need a quick 'rub down' in a fancy looking place be my guest. Massage did nothing more for me. Didn't target any of my trouble areas, ie stiff shoulders (what was the point then of filling out the form???) and did not go deep enough to treat any sore muscles , from wear and tear of everyday work life! I found a much better place to spend $100 and get to the core of the issue! Happily moved on...."

"Horrible horrible place. I bought two Groupon pkg for me and my daughter for her 16th bday. First off they were 20 min late one lady didn't speak English at all. They put us in the room no blanket to cover us we had to cover ourselves with a towel. We paid for a blueberry soya facial she kept harassing me to use another product I repeatedly told them we can't because we have severe allergies they already started to use it on my daughter then told me they didn't have the product we paid for my daughter started having a severe reaction all over her face ears neck and eyes. Then she started arguing with me . I had to yell at her to leave so we could get dressed. Refused to give our money back. Stay far away from them"

"Omg I will never go back. I went to the spa for my facial for the first time but as soon as I got there the so called manager at the front desk and the girl cleaning the pedicure area got so upset with me. I had had a long day at work and was so looking forward to the facial. They both got upset with me that I had not given them my cell phone number. When I had called for the appointment I asked if I could come at 3:15 as I finish work at 3:00, I was told to come at 3:30. I got there only to be so disappointed with the way I was treated as I didn't give my cell number. I am unable to pick up calls at work and I was told to give a phone number, she swore she asked me for the cell number. Anyway I will never go back to people who treat me so poorly. If the was a zero for the starts that's what they would have gotten. I asked who the manager was and guess what it was the lady who was shouting at me .....really which idiot hired a manager like that? No wonder the people under her talk the same way. Go there if you want to get abused by people who have no customer service skills what so ever. MJ"

They used quality products as well did not disappoint at all even after bouncing back from covid I hope they stay in business FOREVER!!! Lone my mani and pedi and NO BUBBLES ON MY PAINT JOB"
