"My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this massage spa. First, the receptionist was unfriendly and didn’t even smile when we walked in. We felt so unwelcomed from the moment we arrived. To make things worse, they have a mandatory tipping policy, which we found incredibly off-putting. We liked the service though, thanks to rocky and akana but the receptionist forced us to pay more tip than we decided. It created an awkwardness that we didn't like at all. It felt more like a forced transaction than a relaxing experience. But 5 stars to Rocky and Akana for their exceptional service. Keep up the good work."

"Clean space and minimalist decor with friendly staff. I was provided shorts to change to for comfort. My masseuse asked if I wanted shoulder massage that is included in the price for 50min foot massage. She kneaded out my tight shoulders while my feet soaked. She applied good pressure on my feet. Definitely will return when I visit Canada again."

"Jim was incredible! Had strong hands and an intuitive touch. After working a long week as a chef I could barely walk and he fixed me up in just 50 minutes. The staff are friendly and accommodating. "Nice place inside so I'll give an extra star because they had the Canucks game on the tv and the chairs are nice. But never going back to this place, I had a good experience at the coal harbour location but not this one. I have received 100s of massages and this was one of the worst. He was doing a combination of fast poking and dangerous stretching when it's supposed to be a regular back and neck massage. I saw in other reviews people having issues with the same person. In addition, he tried having conversation with me which was inappropriate given I was with a group and we were trying to enjoy a relaxing quiet massage together. I had to correct him 3 times as he was doing dangerous and uncomfortable techniques, and after 15 minutes I stopped the service with him. I was with a group of people and I sat there for the next hour and the lady at the front desk did not come to talk to me at all or try to get me a new masseuse. Very unprofessional place. I do not recommend."

"Good location, easy parking and easy to book appointments online. I usually go in for just basic relaxation massages. The staff are helpful and listened to what I needed. The manager is very receptive to feedback and helpful to make sure you have a great experience. I recently had a facial and it was a lovely and relaxing experience. Bonnie did a wonderful job to make me feel comfortable and give me recommendations for what would suit my skin. I would highly recommend their massage and facial services."

"I went to Bonnie for a facial today. She was literally the best person I’ve ever been to for a facial, honestly even better than my dermatologist is at assessing my skin. I’m allergic to water and I have overly sensitive skin and I’ve never had a skin product not hurt my skin. She tested a ton of products on my skin and kept checking in with me to make sure everything was going good, and we found the ones that didn’t even make my skin tingle (which is unreal, no dermatologist or doctor has even helped me find a product like that before). I’m so thankful I went to her today, it could not have gone better. She even gave me some samples so I could have a trial run of the products, and she helped me order the ones that I needed. Would recommend her to anyone with any skin issues, or if you just need a little boost. :))"

They did not fail to impress. Shari was my RMT therapist and did a great job with finding knots on my shoulders and relieving them. She also showed me some exercises to reduce muscle tension. Guess I’ll be going there more often. I’ve always used my insurance for RMT massages and it’s always been a breeze with reservations and check ins."
