"They send an email following your appointment which says they give a discount for google reviews, so be mindful of that when reading other reviews here. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience I initially booked for a classic set but was given a hybrid set instead, which was bulkier than I wanted and cost more. From the start, the lashes caused stinging and burning, leading to an allergic reaction that required a doctor visit and medication. As the lashes began falling out, I noticed multiple extensions were glued to single natural lashes, weighing them down and causing even more damage. I then had to pay extra to have the bad lashes removed, but the technician still left some behind, which I only noticed today. During the removal appointment, she even admitted that some lashes had been glued directly to my skin, which could have caused further irritation and damage. In total, I spent $220 on a painful, damaging experience, and now I have even fewer natural lashes than when I started. I let them know about my experience and they just told me I was happy when I left the first time (yes because the issues hadn’t started…) and said I should’ve told them sooner. I told them as soon as I realized there was an issue. They offered a lash lift as an apology but seeing as their supplies gave me an issue the first time I won’t be going back."

"The shop was super clean, and had a really nice vibe. The beds were cozy, and the temperature was great. The music wasn’t too loud, and I was actually so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. I saw Rachel, and she was super kind and helpful. She had suggestions for my lifestyle and how to make my lashes look amazing and last as long as possible. The only qualm I had was that there was far too much perfume in whatever they have in their bathroom (air freshener maybe?) and that made my perfume allergy act up a little. But otherwise 10/10 experience."

My first time, it was awesome how Demi at the W 4th location explained the process step by step, I could make decisions based on good information and she gave really good advice. The actual treatment was gentle and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and the music was nice, I almost fell asleep. I am so happy with the result and will definitely be going back :)"

I had seen her work on my sister so knew she wouldn't lead me astray but I had no idea she had such an amazing ability to understand and interpret what I was looking for. She absolutely nailed it. The pickiest people in my life had no clue and just thought my mascara was on point (exactly what I had hoped for). I'm so beyond happy with her work and energy. The salon is cute and comfortable as well."

"Great experience - I had Veronika and she was very welcoming and friendly. I had lashes on from a previous place but decided to get my refills here and they did it no problem. I've tried a few places around Vancouver, and I think I will make this my lash place from now on! The place was clean, cute vibes with nice music, beds were super comfy, and they're affordable which, as a student, is huge. There's plenty of free parking just around the corner in the neighborhoods. Customer service is also great, they answer their phones or call you back pretty quickly. Overall, great lash place and excited to go back!"

"I recommend going here for eyebrows. Rebecca was amazing. She did my eyebrows , my daughter’s eyebrows and my friends eyebrows. We all got brow, laminations and she did an amazing job, she was so friendly. I would continue to come back to see Rebecca. So we thought we would try out the salon I know blonde is hard to get in one go. I expected to see some better results and my daughter‘s hair looks horrible now. I was not happy with the results for $300. First picture is before ,second pictures after ,third picture is what she was going for. I would never go here for hair."

"I came here to get my nails re shaped, because I had them done at another shop in town and was not pleased with the shape. Hannah did a nice job at a reasonable price to re shape. Very friendly atmosphere ! I will be back! They also have nice cuticle oils and lotions at the till for a good price! I am happy I stopped by! UPDATE ON SERVICE: I returned today, Friday April 25th for nail removal. The first girl started drilling off the product and she seemed nice, than another girl came to continue the process, she looked kind of irritated when she started but I tried to over look it. Towards the end she had clipped my natural nails and did a quick file with what looked like a used file, but I didnt mention that. I realized that my nails were quite thin so I asked her if she could cut them a little shorter, she almost rolled her eyes and looked really irritated, annoyed and huffy and puffy for asking. She wasnt very nice and her annoyed attitude wasnt very welcoming, altho she was laughing and joking in her own language with the other techs, her demeanour towards me was that she was annoyed and irritated. Asking to clip my nails a little more as a paying customer seemed like an inconvenience to her. The other techs seened very friendly , but mine seemed agitated and very unfriendly towards me. I was eager to get out of there and because of her unfriendly agitated attitude , I will probably take my business else where. I am not picky and didnt expect much, but when asked if she could clip more of my nails to make them a little shorter ,she seemed very annoyed."

He does the perfect shape, perfect colour application, etc. usually when it’s time for a fill I’m sad to see the previous ones go! I HIGHLY suggest him if you’re picky and want beautiful nails.
