"End of experience was rushed because we didn’t know what time they closed and no one told us that they were closing or gave us a warning that they were closing in 20 minutes, etc. The manager allowed us more time to do the sauna because we hadn’t done it yet and there was no awareness or heads up that they were closing soon. I appreciated this and only took a few short minutes in the sauna and went to the front to pay while my friend chose to take more time in the sauna before showering, etc. The manager was very unprofessional and the situation was handled poorly. She had a rude temperament & she made a comment about my friend who was still getting dressed in the back as I waited in the seat at the front area. She said aloud but not directly towards anyone.. “She also says that she’s been here many times so I don’t understand how she doesn’t know”. I sat there watching and listening. I said “I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that. What did you say?” Because I was unsure if she was talking to me, or one of the other employees and she said “oh nothing.” I felt very uncomfortable and even though I had a great massage, it ruined the overall experience. The customer service really made this place not worth the 200 sum dollars that I paid. After being so relaxed which is why we went to the spa in the first place, I was shaking and felt very stressful knowing that she was visibly upset. It tarnished my experience and for the price I was very displeased with being rushed. If you see on my chart I already suffer from anxiety so the tension towards the end added to my experience not being pleasant. The tension from the blonde lady who I think may have been the manager caused me great anxiety after my services. I would like to request a refund but I felt uncomfortable complaining because with the catty atmosphere I didn’t think it would have been matched with professionalism or fairness. I just will never go back to this place. She mentioned that they switched systems so my friend's previous data and information was not stored and she was upset that it took extra time to add her insurance to the system which was also not our fault. I believe they close at 5 on Saturdays. Around 6:10 we left the building. I understand that this was an inconvenience to the staff. I was frustrated myself. I just would have liked it to be handled differently because It was my first time there, and I was unaware of the timing for closure. I would say it is a great place. The massage was wonderful and the snacks were great. However, make sure you stay on top of your time while relaxing to fit everything in to avoid going over time if you book their last time slot for the day."
"Why can I only give it a 5 ????? I want to give more stars!!! Samantha Rocks! I absolutely loved my facial. It was so rejuvenating & relaxing. I also learned about my skin and what I should be doing. A truly lovely experience from start to finish. I'm so glad that I chose to celebrate part of my 50th here."
"Had the Utopian Royal Massage today with Jasmine- highly recommend!! It was incredible, I left feeling so relaxed. My appt was midday so it wasn’t very busy thankfully. Everyone was very pleasant and the facility was very clean. It was expensive but it’s nice to treat yourself every now and again :)"
"At Spa Utopia Langley location, the services from start to finish is excellent. My massage therapist was attentive to the specific areas of my body, with the right amount of pressure. When my session was completed, I felt so relaxed. Thanks for a great experience."
"I had an excellent first experience today. I had a facial. Little did I know the facial include a scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage and arm massage. It was such a treat. My masseuse, Christine, was thorough and well practiced. Every movement was intentional and lovely. I will definitely request her for a service again."
"My husband has purchased several gift cards here in the past couple of years and after my last experience I have told him never again! On top of the prices being quite high, this spa that is always overbooked with patrons will leave you quite dissatisfied. They encourage you to use these other amenities included in your treatment, however the changing room is often filled with 5+ women waiting to use one of the areas to change, waiting on the toilet, or waiting on your turn to tiptoe toward your locker to retrieve your items. The snacks and beverages will you leave you with even more disappointment. My last “massage” was horrible. I booked a 75 minute massage, the woman talked through the entire massage and then ended it 30 minutes early only to sit there for another 10 minutes giving me advice on what she does for her sore shoulders. It was not relaxing, the entire experience was AWFUL! I let the front desk know and they just changed the prepaid massage from the 75 mins to 50 minutes and gave no apology. They said I’m not sure what happened, I’ll talk to the massage therapist. I will NOT be back."
"Amazing first experience! I went there (37 weeks pregnant and super uncomfortable) for a third trimester full body massage, as well as a pedicure. Staff was very helpful and professional, and made me feel welcomed. It might seem a bit costly but you get your money worth for sure! If you want to be truly pampered, this is so worth it! I had Nicole (RMT), who gave me the best massage I've ever had. She used perfect pressure, worked all the spots I needed and made me feel comfortable- even despite my huge pregnant belly. And Bethany (nail technician) did a fantastic job on my disgusting, and ticklish feet haha. And was very nice to chat with. I definitely recommend both for your services! ???? I will be back!"

"I scheduled two RMT massages and a birthday mineral bath for my celebration, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The service was impeccable from beginning to end, a solid 10/10! My boyfriend had Jasmeet, while I was treated by Shunya, both of whom were fantastic therapists. We loved the mineral spa, and everything was spotless. I did wish the water was a bit warmer and that there were more towels, but I’m confident that if we had asked, they would have happily provided more. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it! Thanks for making my birthday experience memorable."
"My husband and I did the Happy Birthday Mineral Bath for my birthday. It was a delightful treat especially at the end of the year. We were given a choice of tea or water while we waited. We were then led to our private relaxation room then to our private session in the hydrotherapy room for the mineral bath with a tray of chocolate covered strawberries, two flutes of non-alcoholic beverage and water. Once done, we then went back to our relaxation room and we were met with more treats of tea, fruits and cupcakes plus a nice birthday gift. The staff was also welcoming and friendly. We would definitely go again."
"this spa is quite nice. i like how it’s private and the vibe is very calming. the non alcoholic bubbly, chocolate strawberries and cucumber water were all nice. i did expect a bit better service cuz it’s quite expensive."

My mom had a deep tissue massage, and she absolutely loved it—what a perfect way to celebrate her birthday! "Amazing experience. After checking in we were taken to a relaxation room where we left our belongings and taken to our massage from there. The music in the room was relaxing but I found the room a bit too bright and it was cold. My bed wasn’t heated however my friend said her bed was heated and she wasn’t cold. We both got a full body massage but my feet didn’t get any attention, my friends feet did. They used a nice cream with a lite scent which was really nice. My skin felt very smooth after. After the massage we were then taken to the mineral/salt bath. There was some sparkling juice and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us and we got to spend 45 minutes soaking. It was magnificent. We went back to the relaxation room to find tea, Happy birthday cup cakes, a little fruit platter, balloon and a gift for my bday. All and all it was a great day, beautiful facility, great staff and felt very relaxed leaving the spa. Definitely would recommend and will go back."
"Update: A Cave Cure manager kindly reached out to me regarding the experience described below and, after discussing the issue, agreed to a full refund as well as a discount on a salt bath in the future, which I felt was a fair resolution. The customer service was very good in the end and I was happy with the outcome. We went for the anniversary mineral bath yesterday because we had heard really good things about Cave Cure. The interior was really cool and well designed. Unfortunately, the mineral bath - the main feature of the experience - was disappointing. We asked the staff member if we would have control over the temperature setting and she explained that we wouldn't, but that the temp would be set to between 36-38 degrees. That seemed fine, but when we got in the bath it felt luke warm and we saw on the display that the temp was 28 degrees. After a little while we saw the temp reading reach 31 degrees, but it never got any warmer than that. We tried to make the most of it and enjoy the experience as much as we could, given that it was our anniversary, but we eventually decided to ask if the temp could be increased as we were simply not enjoying sitting in a luke warm bath. I got out and explained the situation to the staff member and asked if she could increase the temp. She replied that we only had 15 minutes left, implying that there would be no point. That wasn't the response I expected, but I still wanted her to try because it would be better than nothing. So she tried to adjust the temp by pressing buttons and turning a dial at the side of the bath, but she couldn't get anything to change - the controls weren't working. After we finished, the staff member did not offer to compensate for the experience and so I had to ask if we could have 25% off to make up for the low temp, which I thought was more than fair as the bath was the main feature of the experience and was not enjoyable. (I understand that it's not meant to be a hot tub, but it shouldn't be tepid either. The tea was also just room temp, but that was minor in comparison.) Then the haggling began - the staff member said she was only authorized for 15%, so I asked her to get authorization from the manager. She came back and said the most the manager could do is 20% off. I reluctantly accepted and paired that with another 25% off voucher that we had, but it was still quite expensive ($150) even with the discounts and not worth the money. The staff member did not ask for any further feedback and seemed to want to just be rid of us at that point. I also requested on the phone beforehand that the cupcakes that come with the package be replaced with a vegan option. The staff member asked if I had any suggestions and, not knowing the menu, I suggested extra strawberries. But when we arrived, I saw that there were several vegan cookie options available and so requested that the cupcakes be replaced with vegan cookies instead, not extra strawberries. Checking the bill afterward, I realized she had charged us separately for two vegan cookies as well as the extra strawberries. She did not inform us that she would be charging us separately for these items instead of including them in the original package as a replacement for the cupcakes as I thought we had agreed. Hopefully this was just a one off situation, as there are many good reviews, but the overall experience and apathy of the staff did not come close the the 5-star service that is promised."
