"The facilities are lovely! As soon as you open the door and the steam escapes, you feel like you are transported to a different world! I love that they support local, clean/non-toxic brands. The whole building is very clean and they have a beautiful array of saunas. The steam room with eucalyptus was our favourite, especially paired with the cold bucket! Our experience was spectacular. I’d love to see them expand to have pools one day to make the experience world class, but even just as a sauna/steam experience, we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be coming back!! =))"

"I love this place. Its one of the more affordable options for sauna's and the people who run it are super nice and chill (unlike some other places where I asked about longer sauna sessions and they got mad at me, or those super snooty places). The layout isn't maybe the best if you want to sit around outside the sauna, but if you don't care about that it has everything you need. The four different sauna options have every temperature and type you could want. I can't wait till they open their second location with a cold plunge."

"I’ve been going once a month for the past 6 years, I feel this place keeps me healthy, my skin glowing and it’s so relaxing. The staff is super hard working (constantly cleaning, helping, professional) and my favourite RMT’s are Michelle Mattern & Anjali Bhatia - both highly professional, effective, intelligent, very qualified & kind positive therapists. Tripp at the front desk is always awesome too. I love the convenience - located in Avenida Mall next to Kam Han restaurant."

"The facility is a great way to re-energize. With 4 different saunas and a steam room. As for the cool down time there are only a couple of options. Sitting at the front counter or using a couple of (not very comfortable) stumps. I would recommend booking a massage with the sauna visit to have a quiet place option"

"Incredible experience. The sauna and steam rooms were so relaxing and being able to combine that with a massage was *chefs kiss*. Then to have kombucha waiting when you come out of your massage… perfection. Michelle was very skilled and kind. I will absolutely be recommending Cedar & Stream to everyone I know."

"Affordable, nice, relaxing spa/sauna experience. My family and I did two hours there. There are 4-5 different saunas, and three individual showers with doors, and one open shower. They're all kinda in one area? With lockers and all. So like other comments below, if you are looking for luxurious spa with lounges and all, I'd recommend other spaces. However, pretty good for the price and if you want to just Sauna and shower."

"I've been a member at Cedar and Steam almost since they opened, and while I enjoy it any time of year, it's especially important for me during winter. They focus on accessible sauna and steam - you bring your own flip flops, water bottle, lock, and get a robe only if you are having a massage. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the massage therapists that I've had services from have been mostly great. If you are looking for a luxury spa experience with lounge areas and extra touches, you may want to look somewhere else. If you are looking for sauna, steam and massage, this is a great option."

"Extremely over priced, on top of that so people are always talking loudly in every sauna and making relaxation very difficult and awkward, bad customer service and will charge you for any late times and rarely answer phone calls or call back. You’d think they would ask people to not talk so loudly but it seems to just be an environment of socialization instead of detoxification healing and relaxation. It’s just weird. Every time. Thought it would be a good place and gave it a handful of chances but it’s never a good experience for what you pay. Would never go back. For almost half the price you can have a wonderful quiet sauna elsewhere. (Marda loop redox is the best)"
