"Love love love! I wish I can give this service a 100 stars. As a mother of two little ones the in your home convenience has made it possible for me to pursue some level of "self care" that I would have otherwise had to put off due to simply not having the time to physically make it to the appointment. Not to mention the prompt email support and follow up with pain management stretches and exercises to continue the care in between sessions. Most services I have contacted had impossible and inflated costs but in your home therapy keeps their costs affordable for the average income. My request for a female therapist was honored and I can't be more happy and satisfied with crystal's work, professionalism and kind nature. She's takes her time to explain and walks you through the treatment. Most services I've tried in the past tried to play up my symptoms to rope me into additional sessions. With crystal I was practically pain free three sessions in, and unprompted she mentioned I can switch to being seen on a need basis since I seemed to be improving. "I have been using this service off and on for almost 8 years. The sheer CONVENIENCE of having a therapist come to my own home is the greatest! I have never had any problems booking appointments. Anton is wonderful. All the therapists that have come to my home were also top notch. Are my massages calming and spa like? Umm no. Definitely not with kids and family running around but they are definitely functional. A service like this is essential for the busy parent who lacks child care and is in desperate need of physio, massage or any other treatments. Give your kid a snack and turn on a movie while you get your treatments done!"

"I had a stress factor that needed physio treatment. I was quite pleased with the physiotherapist that "In Your Home therapy" had recommended. The physio was explanatory when she introduced the treatment and also thorough when she went through the exercise program that was required so I could heal quickly. If you're in need of treatment at your home this would be the company to be associated with. Highly reputable and Highly recommended."

"Had a terrible experience with Anton and Shara- the massage therapist. This was going to be my first appointment with inyourhometherapy. I had booked a one hour massage. On the day of the appointment I was told that they charge for the time of the massage therapist and not the time that you spend on the table. While I understand that taking my health history is part of the one hour. But Anton kept insisting that finding a parking setting up the table will all be part of the one hour. I have a seven month old baby, so this was a very frustrating because I had planned my whole day around this. Anton kept arguing that in all clinics the one hour includes setting up the table and essentially the time of the therapist and not the time on the table. THIS WAS ALL AFTER SHARA CONFIRMED WITH ME THE PREVIOUS DAY THAT I WOULD BE GETTING A FULL HOUR ON THE TABLE AND SHE WOULD COME EARLY TO SET UP. Shara also was extremely rude in her conversation with me AND COMPLETELY FLIPPED ON ME THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. Never have I been to a massage where I didn’t spend the booked time on the table. I ended up canceling my appointment. Found Anton very argumentative. Extremely horrible customer service. If only owners these days cared about their customers. UPDATE RESPONSE TO ANTON: Anton thank you for yet another argumentative and careless response. For you very kind information Shara took my entire health history online. Also, you did say that her coming up to my apartments and finding parking was part of the 60 mins. Also, SHE offered to come early so that I can get a whole hour on the table JUST A DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. At least learn to communicate with your therapists efficiently so that customers don’t suffer. Like I have said in my review and said to you over the phone serval times that I was OKAY with health history being taken during the 60 mins. Setting up should not be a part of it. Improve your garbage customer service."

"I've had numerous appointments from In Your Home Therapy and have been incredibly happy with every visit. Paul is a great acupuncturist and Shenese is an amazing massage therapist. They both arrive early with plenty of time to allow for accessing my condo building, setting up the equipment and making sure everything is done properly following protocols. Anton makes it convenient to (re)book appointments, complete covid pre-screening and responds promptly, working around my busy schedule. These services have been life changing and I'm thankful for the reputable team at this company."
