"5 months ago my experience here was not a positive one but Dr.J Keung contacted me, asking for more information and wanting to make things right. Today I had a completely different experience which I am thoroughly grateful that I chose to give this place another chance. I was met with a pleasant greeting upon arrival, asked if I would like some water and my appointment started on time. The massage was like night and day from the previous one, with this massage focusing on all areas of concern and with the right amount of pressure. "I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for the amazing experience Pranom gave! I've been to couple massages, always for sore/cramped muscles. It's been okay, and I just always thought that was the extent of what massages do for you. But Pranom gave me a whole new experience. For the first time it truly felt like a treatment. Not only did she work on my cramped muscles but seemed like she was caring for my mobility too. She was very knowledgeable, and I also liked how she explained how my muscles were during the session. She even showed me some stretches I could do at home. If you're looking for a relaxing massage, I recommend to get it from someone else (not because I think Pranom won't be good at it, but because I think you can get that from most masseuse) but if you're really looking for a 'treatment' session, she is your go-to."

"Let’s start with the pros: 1) Staff is amazing and kind 2) Location is super clean Cons 1) Therapists was late to the session 2) My 60 min session ended in 40 min not sure why!!! And when I asked I was told something about hot towels 3) I clearly mentioned I need a relaxing massage to destress and was given a good but mobility massage which I didn’t need tbh. Again when I asked about this technique I was given a very technical answer on this being my first time hence I needed to increase mobility and the second will be more relaxing . Didn’t get it. I honestly didn’t know what else to say and felt embarrassed to even argue my case there. So I paid and left!"

I was able to conveniently book my appointment for a gel mani-pedi online for the following day. I was quickly greeted when I arrived and Shelbey made my experience excellent. She took great care of my nails (which were in significant need of attention after several weeks of traveling) and they look beautiful! We also had an excellent chat about so much during my time there.
