"UPDATE: I went back and got a new set of nails. Once again I was impressed with how nice the staff was, I really enjoyed talking with my aesthetician Kaden who did a great job on my nails. Unfortunately, within a day I did have a nail chip. At this point I do believe that it is my nails that aren't compatible with the nail polish. Especially as I got the same colour that the staff say they use on themselves all the time. So I overall I would say worth trying as it was a very good experience and they went out of their way to make sure my experience was made better - just unfortunately it doesn't work for my nails. I had an absolutely lovely experience at the spa. Everyone was very polite, the place was clean and it was a very enjoyable manicure. However, I paid extra to have the gel polish to last longer as I was there on a Sunday with an event on Friday. Within less than 24 hours one of the nails peeled off - they told me I could get anything fixed for free so I went in to get that nail and two others that had chipped fixed. This was all done without any problems and I was once again thrilled with the service. Once again, within 24hours another two nails peeled off, unfortunately I was unable to get them fixed. By the time my even rolled around 7 nails had peeled off or chipped significantly. I have messaged the spa so I am hopeful they had changed out the specific polish but I wanted to leave a review as well to document my experience. At this time I wouldn’t go back simply due to the fact the gel nail polish didn’t last and I normally have no issues with gel polish lasted 3+ weeks."

"Highly recommended Josh for those with severe injury/trauma and/or chronic pain/ fibromyalgia, who need extra deep tissue massage. Not many massage therapists can get to this depth of muscle, which makes Josh invaluable to those of us who need especially deep tissue massage! As well, when you need someone who will listen about where you need worked on the most, without questioning your experience of pain, Josh is what you need. If you tell him you need him to go back to an area 6 different times, he will! Lifesaver, especially when you don’t have physiotherapy or need someone who can relieve even the worst of pain. Also, the reception staff is professional, and treats you with respect. The rooms are wonderful, in-floor heating, updated modern beds with under light, even floor mats! Hot towels to warm up your muscles after the massage, and floor length robes for those of us who are tall! You could not ask for more! If you are debating a clinic for severe pain near Whyte ave, choose Josh and RG spa before unprofessional spas like Wellness on Whyte, where they will charge you for being sick, etc. I wish I would have found RG Spa before Wellness on Whyte. Highly recommended in all areas, especially professionalism when dealing with War Vet level pain. Wonderful, professional experience."

"I had the 111skin rose facial with Lauren and I was in awe. She explained every product used, she was gentle and had the room set at the perfect ambiance. The facial included a small massage and left my skin glowing at the end! Highly recommend this spa to everyone :)"

"Do yourself a favour and book a treatment, you will not regret it! I got the 111Skin facial with Lily and it was amazing. She was super friendly and provided reassurance that all products being used were pregnancy safe for me! All staff were professional and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Truly was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever experienced and I left feeling refreshed with hydrated skin. Would definitely recommend any of their services!"
