"Hand & Stone is conveniently located with ample free parking. The membership is worth it & allows you to carry over services if you don't use it every month. Sunisa is my go to massage therapist. She genuinely cares about the service she provides & adapts to your needs per appointment, explaining areas of tension/stretches to help if wanted. She can deliver a softer more relaxing pressure, or a very deep and releasing pressure based on what you'd like. I highly recommend Sunisa!"

"One of my favorite places in Stittsville. Hands down the best customer service, massage and laser services. All of the staff is lovely - but I highly recommend Imane (for a massage) and Heather (for laser). Definitely check this spot out for an incredible pampering session - my next goal is to book a facial. Also huge shout out to Janelle, who was the first person I met at the spa and explains how the membership prices allow you to get more massages throughout the year with your benefits. "I had the opportunity to have a classic facial this morning. This was my 2nd one at H&S in Stittsville. My experience was exquisite; so much so that I was 'purring' the whole time! :-) If I could, I would have a facial every month because they are so relaxing and beneficial. My face felt as though it was made of silk afterwards. Typically, my skin is sensitive to products but I'm happy to state I didn't reach once to the products used. I am definitely recommended this company and will be back for sure!"

"After several attempts to speak with a manager it seems my only option to air my grievance is an online review. I first visited hand and stone and saw Sass for a prenatal massage, she was fantastic. I decided to become a member and started referring many friends and family. My second appointment was with a different woman and after only two minutes I could tell something didn't feel right. I asked if she was wearing rubber gloves, she said yes, that her new puppy had cut her fingers so she was wearing gloves to protect her hands. I felt very uncomfortable as you do not expect to be massaged with gloves on. When I went to the reception to book another appointment this time a couple massage for myself and my husband, I informed the receptionist about my disappointment with the glove situation and that people should be informed before being put in that position. When booking the next appointment she asked if I had a preference on the masseuse, I said no, as long as they are not wearing plastic/rubber gloves!!!! Sadly when I went for my next appointment, I was given the same woman and she was wearing gloves, when I expressed that I had already mentioned that I was uncomfortable with it and didn't want it again, I was told that I would have to pay the $50 cancellation charge. Not sure why this is an acceptable way to treat a member who has brought this business many new clients. Now further frustrated by numerous unreturned phone calls. ????"

"I loved the water and snacks available. Sometimes appointments take long, so this is so appreciated! The facility was very clean, organized and welcoming. My esthetician Anshpreet did a great job with my waxing, and encouraged me to try laser, which I avoided because of fear of a painful process. I'm looking forward to booking my first laser sessions now because of her great recommendations. All staff were kind and welcoming."

"Reanne is so kind and respectful when it comes to hair. I’ve had hair dressers in the past touch and handle my hair with no care, handling it roughly. Reanne was so gentle, and when she put my hair in a bag for me she gathered it with her hands and not a dirty broom. I felt so seen and respected, and Reanne answered so many of my questions humbly and kindly! She listened to my request to cut the bare minimum of my hair as I’m growing it out.
