"I have nothing but good things to say about this salon. Staff is friendly and welcoming and very experienced. My last experience was a big surprise. I had my hair done about a week ago and i choose the colour which after a couple of days i decided i wanted it changed . i booked another appointment to change the colour and my stylist Laurie welcomed me and did my hair again changed the colour and styled it and would not accept payment. "Great establishment! Everyone is super friendly. I went to get a Massage with the amazing Steven whom always knows how to get out my knots. Then while I waited for my mum, I decided to try to tone my pre bleached hair back to my regular colour without touching my over grown out roots (which were my natural colour of course). I am honestly stunned Mary just produced magic!! My hair is a perfect match, (which she had told me ahead of time she was going to just get it as close as possible) but what ever she did my hair looks so natural like I had never even dyed it in the first place. I highly recommend this place and will be exploring there other services!!!"

"I have always had great service from Labelle. I recently had 3 services booked and when I arrived for my appointments I was told that some of the staff chose not to work as there had been a flood. I was not called prior to my appointment(s) re a cancelation and 4 weeks later have not been contacted with an apology or asking if I wanted to rebook. I am very disappointed with the customer service."

"Many thanks to Rose Nadon of Labelle Salon & Spa. I visited the salon yesterday to see if Rose could correct a very bad hi lite job performed by another local salon. She spent time with me in my decision on how she would correct the colour and did not rush me to make decisions. Rose did a wonderful job my hi lites are back to normal now and I was completely pleased with the results.
