"Recently visited Blue Ocean Wellness Spa with friends, expecting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of our expectations. The massage therapist seemed undertrained, resulting in a subpar massage that left us feeling greasy and oily. The exorbitant prices did not reflect the quality of service, leaving us feeling disappointed and overcharged. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and the overly flashy decor seemed more focused on appearances than creating a peaceful ambiance. Unless you're willing to overspend on an unimpressive massage, I would advise against visiting this spa. There are likely better options available that offer greater value for your money."

"This was an excellent experience the spa was incredibly accommodating with both an English masseuse in a predominantly French community (yes my French should be better but my brain just doesn't language well) and with the delay due to an accident outside the facility. The thermal experiance was both uniquely decorated and excellent. They limit the number of participants during covid times and we had a hot tub with waterfall entirely to ourselves. This place oozes small town charm and has fabulous staff to back it up."

"The spa is nice, silly me I thought it would be in natural caves, it is not , they are man made. The staff is friendly , the floor can get very slippery so be careful. A little expensive for what you get but a unique experience no the less, worth doing once but not a place I would frequent more than that."

"Review for MANICURE: 41$ I went in this spa just for the manicure and semi permanent because I wanted to try some good products. See pictures of the day after! Negative: The day after the nail polish was already coming off and it wasn't applied uniformly, I can see strips not covered. I payed just 10 dollars more than a commercial semi permanent but the value would have been 20 dollars less at least. I did't have a good manicure, they didn't remove the cuticles (they barely level the nails). Positive: I wasn't really happy at the beginning but then I noticed my nail were smelling good (which doesn't happen in a commercial manicure center). So as expected in a spa center they just try to take your money!"

"Great place! I booked a message and a mani-pedi. The baths and the message were exceptional. The staff was great! Just an FYI, the staff is mostly French speaking. I felt the mani-pedi was mediocre but still a wonderful experience!"

J'ai seulement 2 mini suggestions peut-être indiquer clairement que l'accueil est en haut quand on rentre(beaucoup d'instructions qui porte à confusion ) et mettre un petit sablier de le sauna. Avec ça il faudrait pouvoir mettre 6 étoiles haha."

"I have had massages with both Hina and Yun Lin and they were absolutely amazing! I had issues with tension headaches and shoulder tension due to posture and stress and they help release that tension. Been to a couple massage places and this is by far the best. I’ve had the opportunity of working with Yun Lin, she does my massages and a phenomenal job every time she’s consistent, hardworking, respectful, and knowledgeable. She is very educated on the anatomy of the body and with that being said she always knows which areas of my body is experiencing pain and needs more attention. She goes above and beyond by educating me on stretching techniques to help relax my muscles. In conclusion, I admire the wonderful service I receive here from the receptionist to the massage therapist. If your looking for a massage office this is the place to attend."
