"This was exactly what I needed today. I have been wanting to try this spa for about 8 months, don’t know why I waited but it was worth it. It was intimate and inviting, very clean and smelled amazing. Nas was lovely and explained everything, made a mask from fresh ingredients, walked me through the treatments and I was treated to a new experience. After my treatments, I showered off and felt like a million bucks! Sarah, the owner assisted me with cashing out and gave me a little treat bag as a thank you. "I recently visited (Body smoking Spa) for cupping therapy because I had back pain. I went with my cousin, and we both had a great time! The spa was beautiful and smelled amazing. It was very relaxing inside. The girls who did the cupping were wonderful. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything. Best of all, the cupping really helped! "First time coming here with my friend, expected girls spa day. There was only one girl working. She was too young to be doing this kind job. Lacks experience and has no insight in the Sudanese skincare. She wasn’t even Sudanese. I feel like she was rushing us through every part of the process, is the way of getting us done quickly because we were the last clients. She wasn’t not friendly and had flat personality. I didn’t see my friend or had interaction with my friend because she did us one by one. Some of the equipment was not working , the worker said they have power issues. She didn’t really not how to operate them. She started vacuuming and cleaning while trying to have a relaxing treatment.Service me cold tea. When I had to shower in the second floor, I felt very uncomfortable because there were men in the second floor. I used a skin moisturizer in the shower because skin was dry after the treatment, it was expired and my face had acne from it. I wish the regular staff with the more experience were there, maybe it would have been better. Someone who understands Sudanese skincare. Having more staff working there. I don’t recommend this to anyone and will not come back again."

"L'école mérite pas sa bonne reputation, dans 8 mois d'etre etudiant je passé d'etre tout le temps un heure d'avance pour des questions et avoir plus de temps avec les profs a un etat de deception et de mal etre, meme de depression je meme mis ma sante psychologue et physique de coter pour vraiment essayer de me forcer et donner le mailleur de moi, mais etant donne la personalite de certains profs, aussi la facon de faire les chauses et la bureaucratie constante qui est en detriment de l'etudiant je suis rendu a vouloir partir, c'est n'est pas normal d'arriver a prendre un flacon d'advil par semaine pour pouvoir arreter de t'enerver et avoir des douleurs de tete chaque jour que tu est a l'ecole c'est n'est pas normal de donner ton 150% et de faire literalement mettre a terre par certains profs, en ce moment meme je suis dans Analise de Charge Thermique competence 23 , rien n'est explique, Pourquoi, Comment ECT, on te donne une feuille avec des formules et des exercices de calcule mais on t'explique rien, tout monde rie mais personne comprend rien de ce que on fait. C'est ridicule insultant, cette ecole pour moi a perdu pas just de la credibilite mais du respect il y a plusieurs eleves dans la groupe que se taisent just pour avoir la diplome, ca vaut rien cette diplome si ta rien compris de ce que tu fais et dans un environment aussi toxique mieux je garde mon travaille. meme si je vais pas gagner 35$ de l'heure mais je vais etre bien plus heureux et sans besoin de detruire ma sante mentale et ma vie prive. Avant de penser que tu est stupid ou tu est depressif assure toi que les gens autour de toi ne sont pas des idiots."

"Warning. Do not go here! I’ve been going to west hill nails for the past year. It’s always been good but lately I’ve noticed the services decline. The most recent visit, she did not listen to my requests, burnt my nails being too rough with the drilling and the proceeded to give me attitude once I showed her how thick and uneven the nails were. She redid a few of the nails but the end result is the picture listed below. I was charged $78 for short ugly uneven nails that took a total of two and half hours for this set. Save your money and go elsewhere. Bad experience, I will not be going back."

"I have been going to West Hill nails for years. I have noticed their services decline within the last couple of years. Every time I go in they rush, some of the nail techs are rude and won’t listen to your request. I am sure some people do not realize this but in a proper set of nails or fill they should be pushing your cuticles or any skin growth rather than filing it off first. This is a step they never include. The last tech I seen was so rough, and she yelled at me when I made a request. I told her I was not deaf, and I could hear her. This was my second time having my nails done by her and they are terrible. It seems she does not know what she is doing. I’ve started going to Glamorous, it is the same owners. But they are great there and take their time ensuring it is what you want."

"I have been to this salon a few times and my sets were great! It was very busy and felt like they had called in people who weren’t properly trained. The lady that did my nails did her best and asked me if they were ok but her skill level was very amateur and not a quality that I would pay for. The shape of the nails are very uneven, do not match, and very flat. I asked for shorter and she stopped filling them. There’s gell over my cuticle on a few nails and they are very uneven, lumpy and bumpy. There’s white polish on my fingers. I feel bad leaving a bad review but I am super disappointed as I am getting engagement photos done and these nails do not look good. Edit! Theresa at West hill fixed my nails and gave me a beautiful set of gels that I love! I would recommend this nail tec 100% ????"

"I've been going to West Hill Nails and Spa for a while, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but it never is. They rush through their work, and the results are always disappointing. The lengths of the nails are never even, and the French tips always look scrappy and poorly done. To make matters worse, they are overpriced. My friend got a new set with one full color for $55, despite choosing a shorter length. I got a refill at the same length with French tips and was charged $59 because they categorized my nails as long and added $10 for the French tips, which were uneven. They also don’t know how to properly prep the nails, leading to a subpar finish every time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You'd be better off buying a nail kit from Amazon, where you'll get better quality and a fair price. Save your money and avoid the frustration of West Hill Nails and Spa."
