"I’ve visited Shades of Beauty Spa 3 times now and have been very satisfied each visit. Neelam is quite professional and is very kind and patient. I’ve had 4 different types of treatments, waxing, threading, tinting and laser with great results for each. I especially was happy with the laser treatments because in only 2 visits, the areas have significantly less hair growth while the last place I went to for the same treatment took many more visits and $ and didn’t come close to the amount of hair permanently removed. "I moved Nw recently and I wanted to visit place for a brazilian sugaring and i choose this place for the good price and distance to my house however it was really painfull she offer switching to wax she said you might feel more comfortable but both was very painfull experince and when I reach home I was bleeding. I bleed after wax and sugaring first time ever and honestly I am not very satisfied with the work. The previous places I have been visiting hey would clean everything, she left some parts and she said to me this is brazilian."

"Therapist was late I got there just a couple min early. I was not on the table until 2:15 for a 2pm appointment. The massage was good but then when therapist left I looked at the clock and it was 2:55. That is a 40 min massage not 60! I was billed for 60 minutes of work when only 40 was done. Sounds like this is not the first time according to other reviews."

I rock climb 2-3 times a week and I got really tensed up in my upper back and shoulders. It was my first time getting a therapy massage and Emily was really respectful of my limits and always made sure I was comfortable. I felt better right after the session and now even better. "The lady was good with customer service. Took my whole family for massage. There is no name on the door . When I put the address, it took me to the Gym. I asked a guy in the Gym he said massage centre is down the hallway. My only concern is if there was at least a washroom and a sink to wash hand would be great. I had to take my 6 yrs old to The Brick store nearby just to use the washroom as she had to go right after her massage was done which was frustrating. I recommend at least have a washroom near your massage clinic. This is basic requirements in my opinion. Thank you"

"This was the best massage I have ever received, and I’ve had lots. I went in for a tension headache and Melissa was amazing. I did have a nagging shoulder issue and she seemed also to help that. She even set up the table comfortably also with a place to put your arms. Everything about it was relaxing. Definitely going back and by the way my headache is gone. Thanks Melissa????????????"

"Excellent massage today with Rosa. My regular RMT recently left their practice and I went on the hunt for a new one, assuming I’d have to see at least a couple before I found someone who was a fit. Rosa was my first shot and I was so happy to see that she was very skilled and intuitive. My massage was both relaxing and productive, I feel way less tension and tightness while also feeling more at peace. Highly recommend Rosa, and front end staff were all lovely.
