"SCAMMERS OF MASSAGE AND CON ARTIST!!! Me and my husband booked for a couple massage which they said they do and we were arrived they said they don’t have a room for couples massage which was fine. Then old asian lady who works there started asking us who will be paying for the massages we said it didn’t matter who paid and she instantly brought the machines for payment before the massage, then she asked what would the tipping fee, we told her we cannot claim the tip on insurance and she insisted so we told her we’ll tip her 20 dollars both us and she said we should tip $40 for both us and we told her that was a lot of money on massage tipping, we could only tip $20. She then left the room to confirm if they could do the massage based the $20 Tip both of us. That was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , so they can’t give you a massage because you won’t tip them. We left and decided to take the business elsewhere."

"I do massages on regular bases due to my back and nick issues, its not a therapy but the massage helps me relax. This spa was better than my expectations. It was so relaxing I slept during the massage."

"Just had a terrible experience. Paid for the massage upfront( no choice) that was fine. I assumed they were confident. The massage started and it was closer to reiki or something. Not a massage. Asked many times for more pressure. She did not have any idea what she was doing. She got close to me and I could smell bad BO. Made me wince, it was so shocking. When I left. I could still smell it. Somehow it latched on. Awful. Avoid."

"Do not make any payment till you finalize discussion about tips. I paid the massage price upfront but then they haggled me for extra service tips right after. When I said just massage is enough, they denied service and still forced me to pay up tip upfront even to get a regular massage. Even that was not done for the full agreed time and they again asked me to pay extra if I wanted a harder massage. Not a good experience at all."

"Not worth the money and time spent. 45 minutes massage $65 + they charged additional $30 tips but didn’t ask me about it. I found that when opened card statement. It was very bad massage, no deep tissue, very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Check how much they charged immediately. Low price = low quality."

"If you've previously had a poor experience with this location, I highly suggest you book an appointment with Catherine to change your mind. Firstly, she's very attractive, which is a rarity with a lot of locations but more importantly, she's a really good conversationalist and gives a fantastic massage. Not only did my back appreciate the visit, but I left in a genuinely good mood. The pricing structure is a little abnormal, but all considered, it's on par with other locations. If you're looking for a great massage, great conversation and an overall good experience, go see Catherine."

"Just a little doorway on Bank street. Once inside the space is very welcoming. I was greeted with a great smile and very welcoming hello. Once the massage was underway I melted. I did not ask for anything special but the pressure was perfect and the workday melted away. For the 60 minutes I was taken away to a Happy place. Thank you for the great treatment and the very professional massage. I will be back"

"Horrible experience. The Asian lady was extremely rude and made me so uncomfortable. It’s 70$ for a 60 minute massage and as soon as I get there she was trying to force me to give her a 20$ tip right away. I told her I don’t know how much I want to tip yet and she said she didn’t want to massage me. She called one of the other girls and she was blatantly rude about it, as if I burdened her as a customer. Then the other masseuse came in and I told her what happened and she said “we only get paid in tips”, which sounds illegal. They expected me to pay cash and when I told her I was paying machine they looked annoyed. Then the other masseuse told me the Asian lady didn’t want to massage me whatsoever, which was extremely rude. There was a 5$ charge for the machine on top of the 70$ and then for the forced 20$ tip was another 5$. I paid 100$ for a terrible experience - and then I find out the masseuse that did massage me only has 1 month training and is not a registered massage therapist, never went to school for it. This place doesn’t deserve a star. They’re crooks and want you to pay cash. Very shady and the location is sketchy. Will never go back."
