I've had several cupping massages with Sydney here and it has been a great experience. The facility is easy to find and very clean, the appointments have always been on time, and the massage beds are heated. Sydney is always very respectful, professional, and friendly. I initially started going due to a shoulder injury, and she's been very helpful with not only massaging, but also identifying the specifics of the injury and suggesting exercises to help aid with strengthening the weak spots. She's obviously very knowledgeable about anatomy and rehabilitation and always tries to answer any questions I have. She actively asks questions about how things feel throughout the massage and adjusts her focus based on how I respond. Every appointment, she asks what I want the main focus to be and how the exercises have been going. At the end of each appointment, she'll debrief how I'm feeling and give exercise suggestions if needed. Overall, Athlete's Choice is a great facility, and Sydney is an excellent massage therapist (plus she's very pleasant to chat with during the massage) - No notes, and I would highly recommend!

I have had several issues, shoulder, elbow and back. My shoulder and elbow were bothering me and Tatiana worked my shoulder and elbow and it has felt fantastic since! Saw her today for a lower back flare up and it felt sooooo much better after she did her magic! Thank you Tatiana for all the amazing massages, look forward to many more!

Sydney has a variety of techniques to get you feeling better quickly. The massage worked great to relieve the knots in my back and tight muscles which I didn’t realize were sore. My body feels way more free and flexible now. Highly recommend

I had multiple fantastic experiences with Alexis. Alexis is just so amazing!!! She took the time to address my specific needs, and the massages were both relaxing and effective. I left feeling refreshed and relieved of tension every single time. She even provided several personalized stretches after the session. 10/10 Highly recommend

I’ve searched for a good therapist for a few years and I’m thankful to have found Sydney. She is understanding and treats any issues I have that come up. I see her monthly for regular treatment. Playing sports actively and working in construction takes a toll on my body and she is able to whip me back into shape. Her sports background definitely helps and it’s easy to see how much she cares about her clients moving pain free. She’s outgoing and our sessions are always filled with good conversation and communication. I’d highly recommend Sydney to any athlete or any person looking for a top tier therapist.
