I initially booked an appointment with Ashlee for Botox, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. I later saw Trinity for lip fillers, B12 & NAD injections and she was fantastic as well. 10/10 experience with these girls! As someone who is visiting from Ontario, I was thrilled to find a place that made me feel so welcome and at home. The entire team at Beauty Rewind is truly exceptional. I’d like to share my experience with Beauty Rewind! I’ve had two procedures with Trinity, and both were absolutely amazing. The first was Botox, and it even exceeded my expectations — the results were perfect. Yesterday, I had a Hydrafacial, which my skin really needed. I’m very satisfied with the results. My skin looks and feels hydrated, toned, and glowing. I highly recommend Trinity — she is a top-class specialist!!

First time visitor earlier this week. Elizabeth was great! She’s knowledgeable and kind, and she didn’t try to needlessly upsell me. She took the time to explain things and I felt super comfortable the whole time. I received some great skincare advice and felt really taken care of. The place is clean (and pretty) too. The front desk associate was also friendly and informative. I can’t wait until my next treatment!

Clean and inviting space. The nurse I saw for a lymphatic drainage massage was knowledgeable and made some good recommendations. 2 star because they don’t offer refunds on retail products. Purchased a $180 Vivier cream that I found out I’m allergic too (unopened, checked the ingredient list with my derm) and they still wouldn’t return the product Also don’t offer packages on lymphatic drainage massages, they’re $75 each and you usually need a few sessions I’ll take my business elsewhere

Kara who looked after me and performed the therapy was AMAZING. Her knowledge and experienced understanding of everything and reassurance throughout my time there was the best I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. I cannot more highly recommend the business and Kara. In addition everyone else I had communications with from the online chat team, reception and Ashley the registered nurse who was working when I was there were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and prompt. I cannot more highly recommend Beauty Rewind and their whole team.

I got masseter Botox this past weekend, done by Trinity. It was my first time getting it done, as it was my last resort to help with my chronic teeth clenching and tmj symptoms. It’s only been 5 days but I am EXTREMELY happy with my results! No tension in my jaw at all anymore!!! Trinity was very knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She answered all of my questions, she’s professional and very friendly. I left the building feeling absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait for the two week mark to see the physical results of the Botox. The spa itself is squeaky clean, and the rest of the staff is super nice and respectful which made the experience much more better. I’m convinced to come back, just to try out the other treatments that are offered there! Definitely a 5-star rating!
