Place is sometimes not busy at all. They turn away cd's at the door. And if you don't bring your card they won't let you collect stamps for the free visit. Overpriced. Toronto has better spas then this place

Terrible place Staff is not just rude… VERY RUDE, not manners whatsoever, sauna smelled like poop, place is overpriced for what they Offer, there is not Jacuzzi only 4 showers for the whole place, so you know. People are over 60 years old. They were 20 man and all of them were over 60. They don’t sell alcohol and you're not allowed to bring it, not smoking area, they check your bags in a very rude way. Only give you 1 towel and if you need more you need to pay for it. Not flip flops you need to bring your own ones. TERRIBLE SMELLY PLACE Don’t go there, go to Toronto

I give them 1star because they practice age discrimination in their pricing. If your young, in your 20s you pay half of what everyone else has to pay. Otherwise the experience is okay.

The building has recently experience some huge renovation upgrades that have been a huge benefit to the men that patronize the spa. The wet sauna is beautiful and spacious and comfortable for even the most demanding sauna connoisseur. The showers both on the main level and the lower level are beautiful and comfortable and spacious. You won't catch a draft with these well built upgrades. In addition to the new guest lockers and televisions. The Jacuzzi has been removed so we will wait to see if it will be replaced or if that part of the building is also getting beautiful upgrades. The current staff are friendly and courteous and very helpful. Anything that a guest may require is provided in abundance. Currently the remodelling is underway but you wont notice because it is done during the hours that the spa is closed. The parking lot is huge so plenty of parking
