Stacia is knowledgeable and understands my needs and what I might like as far as aesthetics and services. I have had facials, sugaring, and tinting. I am always treated well and feel comfortable on my visits. I have never had a bad treatment. If you haven't been to Solace Spa, you should go."

"Alrighty, so I read the reviews and impulsively booked a sugaring brazillan appointment without really knowing what I was getting into. LET ME TELL YOU: Stacia was absolutely amazing, talked me through everything, was very patient with me - this being my first time, made sure I was very comfortable and if I needed a little break to let her know. Was able to keep my attention away from the little pain there was, with some conversation and made the time fly by. She was amazing and super nice. She told me about after care and when to return, maintenance etc… The environment inside was very serene, and calming. Everything was very clean and organized, a cute little gem place that I didn’t know existed till now! Pain overall was a 6/10 and I was prepared for much worse ( I don’t usually do well with pain but this was very bearable ) and I swear she got every single hair. 10/10 would recommend Will be back! Thank you!"

"I have been going to Solace Spa for about 5 years, and have tried a wide range of the services provided. I have had professional, quality, and friendly service throughout every single appointment. The staff had been very helpful when I tested out the Dermalogica products, and they observed and monitored how my skin improved thereafter. When I had a wedding to attend, I received wonderful service, as per usual, as the staff went above and beyond during the treatment. I had also been booked in last minute at a time convenient for me, as I was travelling for the wedding. Even now that I've moved an hour away, I still return to receive my usual services. I have had no desire to try another business since I started going to Solace Spa."

Thanks to my niece she found Nan on Google, in the next few minutes he replied and I was very lucky, he had an opening. Nan welcome me, he was extremely professional, careful with the sheet placements, I was cover at all times. The Room was very lovely, super comfortable, my very first Thai Stretching Massage... Best EVER!! I've only seen female therapist before but Nan was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!"

"Place is sometimes not busy at all. They turn away cd's at the door. And if you don't bring your card they won't let you collect stamps for the free visit. Overpriced. Toronto has better spas then this place"

"Terrible place Staff is not just rude… VERY RUDE, not manners whatsoever, sauna smelled like poop, place is overpriced for what they Offer, there is not Jacuzzi only 4 showers for the whole place, so you know. People are over 60 years old. They were 20 man and all of them were over 60. They don’t sell alcohol and you're not allowed to bring it, not smoking area, they check your bags in a very rude way. Only give you 1 towel and if you need more you need to pay for it. Not flip flops you need to bring your own ones. TERRIBLE SMELLY PLACE Don’t go there, go to Toronto"

"The building has recently experience some huge renovation upgrades that have been a huge benefit to the men that patronize the spa. The wet sauna is beautiful and spacious and comfortable for even the most demanding sauna connoisseur. The showers both on the main level and the lower level are beautiful and comfortable and spacious. You won't catch a draft with these well built upgrades. In addition to the new guest lockers and televisions. The Jacuzzi has been removed so we will wait to see if it will be replaced or if that part of the building is also getting beautiful upgrades. The current staff are friendly and courteous and very helpful. Anything that a guest may require is provided in abundance. Currently the remodelling is underway but you wont notice because it is done during the hours that the spa is closed. The parking lot is huge so plenty of parking"
