Very cozy environment! The massage was very relaxing. The staff was very nice and thoughtful. They gave me hair tie to prevent my hair from getting oily from the oil.

This spa is amazing and located in downtown Toronto! I had a 60 minute head treatment and it was so relaxing! I felt so refreshed after my treatment. The staff is highly skilled and the head massage was amazing! I highly recommend to visit this spa. 10/10 for their service and the ambience

This was the best spa experience i have ever had . Their foot massage and the full body massage took me to a different world i never knew existed . The staff was suppperrr sweet and they will make your experience a 100000/10 . I highly recommended booking at the bay street location you will never regret a single second . The place is so clean and nice. The front desk lady is so welcoming and technician is very professional and friendly. My friend and I had a head massage and hair wash session and felt rejuvenated afterwards.
