Had an amazing experience visiting Q Medi Spa recently! My friend and I spent 2 hours in Finnish sauna (in & out), had coffee scrub with massage done by Irina and Taisiya, followed by a moisturizing full body wrap and shower. We felt so much taken care of with all services, served tea, candies, soft music, etc. I simply can't name it all! We will definitely be back for a facial and a couple's massage. Also, towels and bathrobes are of great quality and smell nice.

right as we walked in we were greeted the front desk lady was so kind and assisting on us on what to do! we got a couples massage and a facial package and it was amazing it was our first time and we really enjoyed it, didn’t get the names of our massage therapist but they were also very kind and they are good at what they do! will be back in the future for sure ♥️

I want to express my deep gratitude to the ‘Era Massage’ salon for their wonderful employee, Evgeny. He was simply amazing. This is a whole different level! We talked for a while, and I found out that he’s been doing this for 7 years! I could truly feel all that experience during my session. After just one session, the pain in my back disappeared. I had almost forgotten what it’s like to walk without discomfort. Amazing service! I highly recommend it, you won’t regret ! Amazing service

Needed deep relaxation so had the sauna, massage, scrub and wrap combo. A very beautiful and relaxing spa room with nature video, soothing music, soothing scents, like having a vacation. Thank you, Stacey for the wonderful treatment. Definitely pleased with the welcoming atmosphere, professionalism, cleanliness and care received here! Irina was able to book me a lovely facial with Ana. The products were chosen carefully for my sensitive skin and I was super comfortable the whole time. I feel totally pampered and de-stressed and will be back.

I am a regular client here for the past 6 months, I have only great things to say about this centre. Irina is a queen of customer service, she is amazing, knows everything about the procedures and is very helpful. Anna who does the facials (among other procedures) is the most knowledgeable aesthetician and skin expert I know. She will walk you through the facial and treatment and will explain everything she does. The skin looks and feels amazing after each time I visit and between the treatments. I highly recommend!
