Extremely rude management. The owner is hostile and extremely rude to all customers. This isn’t a safe place for people of colour and the environment itself is super bad. It’s best to take your business somewhere else! All these 5 star reviews are from ages ago and from her friends because there’s no way she deserves 5 stars. She’s been exposed online as well and she is in general a horrible person!!

Got a customized facial by Laura which was very effective on my skin and she listened to my skin concerns and provided great advice. The massage during the facial was very relaxing and I’ll definitely be back for another facial!

Whenever I treat myself to a manicure or pedicure, Forbes is my absolute favourite place to go. Both Laura and Paige do amazing work, and it's clear that they genuinely love their jobs and interacting with their clients. They both always greet me by name and ask about things they remember I had going on in my life. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, and can't stop looking at my pretty nails (which continue to look good for three to four weeks, thanks to the great shellac application). Also have tried sugaring, eyelash extensions and a facial here, and would highly recommend any and all of their services.
