I was gifted a facial to this spa and I had never been here before. I had the Texture & Collagen facial done and it was HEAVENLY! I could see a difference in my skin right after and I have a pretty good daily skin care routine! I was very impressed with the stylish yet cozy decor and dark pods. I was also impressed with the EXCELLENT customer service because there was a misunderstanding with regards to my facial, but it all got resolved right away. I am so impressed by the service here that I have already booked my next facial - I am trying the led and lymphatic facial in a few weeks. I can’t wait! I will most definitely be recommending this spa to friends and family!????

Had my first formula fig experience the other day because I had a coupon for the light therapy boost. It was super easy to make an appointment online and I arrived a little early to the storefront. It’s a very dark but aesthetic space and very quiet. I got the self serve light therapy boost, where I entered into a small curtained room and laid under a light machine for 30 minutes after applying some products. Once it’s over, I took off the goggles and applied some moisturizer and spf. Overall it was quite a nice and relaxing experience.

Formula fig is such a lovely experience. Claudia at the Kits bar is just a wonderful human. I love the variety of treatments. 10/10 recommend treating yourself to skincare products or facials from here.

What an absolute delight! We were greeted by the most fabulous staff & that truly set the tone for our experience. The aesthetic of the spa is truly one of a kind. Their products are the best & they offer a variety that suit all types of wants and needs. I had the hydrate and glow facial & and I truly walked out of there glowing. My skin has never felt better. This was just what I needed! Thank you ????

Have never had a facial before, and finally decided it was time. I decided on the collagen+texture nano-needling facial and I can’t say more great things about my experience. My tech Claudia was amazing and I was shocked at the visible difference I could see and feel the same day. I plan to go back for more of the same treatment as well as try out their hydrating facial. Overall very positive experience :)
