"I was gifted a facial to this spa and I had never been here before. I had the Texture & Collagen facial done and it was HEAVENLY! I could see a difference in my skin right after and I have a pretty good daily skin care routine! I was very impressed with the stylish yet cozy decor and dark pods. I was also impressed with the EXCELLENT customer service because there was a misunderstanding with regards to my facial, but it all got resolved right away. I am so impressed by the service here that I have already booked my next facial - I am trying the led and lymphatic facial in a few weeks. I can’t wait! I will most definitely be recommending this spa to friends and family!????"

"Had my first formula fig experience the other day because I had a coupon for the light therapy boost. It was super easy to make an appointment online and I arrived a little early to the storefront. It’s a very dark but aesthetic space and very quiet. I got the self serve light therapy boost, where I entered into a small curtained room and laid under a light machine for 30 minutes after applying some products. Once it’s over, I took off the goggles and applied some moisturizer and spf. Overall it was quite a nice and relaxing experience."

She Has actually came in when she wasn’t open on the weekend to do a massage for me. The quality of her work speaks For itself. I find That it is hard to find a massage therapist that can keep the same deep tissue pressure throughout the whole massage Like her. "The customer service was absolutely terrible. It was my first time at this place, and I made an online booking. When I arrived, I expected them to first check my insurance or have me fill out paperwork, but none of that happened. The person who was supposed to do my massage immediately took me to the room and started the session. Afterward, she refused to process my insurance because I hadn't mentioned it or filled out the forms. She made me pay without even checking my insurance details. It's not my responsibility to handle administrative tasks—that's your job! Then she told me they would email me the receipt. I said I would wait, and she responded, “You’re welcome to wait, but I’m not,” and left! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service. I'm honestly appalled that this person even laid hands on me."

"HUGE rave to Toni Bullock at Pure Essence Massage I was in an accident in 2001 when I first fractured my back, I did it again in 03. I also have scoliosis, tmj, and have had several other sports and spinal injuries in my time. Between that and carrying babies, my body is super messed up. I’ve been going for massages since the first accident in 01, and I’ve probably seen at lease 50 different RMT’s. I can’t stress this enough, I am *VERY* picky when it comes to my RMT. Toni is in the top 3. Before I went to my appointment I was so tense. My lower back was so tight it was affecting my hips and I had been walking with a limp. My plantar fasciitis made me feel like I was walking barefoot on sharp stones. My shoulders and ears were so close together they may have gotten married. When driving my arms were so tense I felt like a T-Rex driving a tractor. Shoulder checking was hard. Stress made everything ten times worse and no matter what I did, I couldn’t relax. My back was so tight it was hard to breathe. I saw Toni for a 90 minute appointment this week and I feel like a *completely* different person. The limping is gone, my shoulders are relaxed, and I can actually take a full deep breath. The only downside is that I haven’t been going far from my house because of the amount of water I’ve been drinking to flush all this out ???? Anyways. If you need an RMT, go see Toni. 100% totally worth it."
