Love this Hand and Stone location! Always so clean and the front desk staff is so friendly. I always book with Robin for my facials and she has truly changed my skin over the time I’ve been seeing her! Idk why I haven’t written a review sooner! If you are looking for someone who knows their stuff and has the hands of an angel.. Robin is your girl!???? I also go to Robin for my waxing and she makes it quick and painless!

Treated myself to a facial during the holidays with Tatreeanna and had a very relaxing facial! My skin is glowing and I loved being introduced to new products in the Dermalogica line which I have used for years. The staff were really friendly, fun and helpful and the spa is clean, and quiet. Exactly what I expect from a spa! Can't wait to return!

Amazing experience, so relaxing from start to finish. Tetreana told me exactly what my skin needs, and recommended a great treatment plan for me. Will definitely be going back! Edit: it’s been months and I still think about my amazing facial, I knew I had to go back for a massage. I just had the most wonderful experience from Allison. I was greeted with refreshing citrus water before starting the treatment. Every part of this experience was relaxing and comfortable. My spine feels completely decompressed and lighter. She even gave me some helpful advice on how to care for my body and skin following the treatment. I wish I could leave a separate review for each of these lovely ladies but nonetheless, I will definitely be going back here!

I have been going to Hand & Stone on Kingston Road, East Toronto, for a long time. The reception staff is always helpful and kind. My RMT Julia is the best!!! And the facial aesthetician Suzanne is super knowledgeable and makes you feel really special. Overall, great place, flexible hours, fantastic service, if you want to relax and recharge yourself.

We went there for men's fade cut. There were 2 other people ahead of us, and we had to wait about 20 minutes. The barber himself was amazing. I showed him a sample picture of what I wanted. He was very professional and patient. He made sure I was satisfied with the cut and made changes as I directed. The best part was that he was cleaning the equipment and table as he was cutting my hair, making sure everything was super clean. The pricing was very reasonable given his skills and services. Would definitely recommend him. His shop was clean and smelled amazing. Shop has wifi and washroom for customers.
