What an absolute incredible experience! Thankful to my amazing boyfriend who booked this for my birthday! :) have never felt so relaxed . We experienced the salt bath, salt cave, and the 3 in 1 massage!! Carina (sorry if I spelt that wrong) worked her incredible magic during my massage. 10/10 recommend this place. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed!!!

I spent the day at the Healing Salt Cave and was treated like absolute royalty. I started my day with the infrared sauna, followed by a salt cave session. Then I had the therapeutic bath soak and ended my day with a holistic massage. The kindness, the care, the ambience, the tranquillity, just amazing!! I highly recommend, in fact I’ve sent a few people already!! I absolutely love the products and services provided. Tina and Kereny were fantastic!! Thank you so much ladies!!! I will most definitely be back!!!

As a wedding gift, I had a mother/daughter couples massage with Katrina and Kereny. As we walked into the establishment we were immediately greeted by two amazing women at the front desk, one of who led us into the back waiting area for hot tea as we waited for our appointment. After our tea, we were led into a gorgeous room that was extremely comfortable, quiet and cozy where we received the 3-in-1 massage treatment. Both ladies were amazing and made sure we were comfortable through our entire appointment. After recently having a baby i was looking forward to having this done, and I will 100% be returning. This was such an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone who needs a pamper day!

I’ve been going to Hamilton Healing Salt Cave for a few years, and it is truly a divine experience! I’ve recommended this facility to many people and brought friends and family along for treatments, and everyone has loved it. It’s also fun to do in groups or as a couple! Personally, the treatments at the facility help me a lot in managing my chronic illnesses. They reduce stress, alleviate pain, increase relaxation, and leave my skin glowing and soft, with my sinuses clear! I breathe and sleep better after each session. There are so many wonderful treatments to choose from, and the staff are kind, friendly, and always supportive in helping you book what’s right for you. Some of my favourite treatments are the salt bath soaks, infrared sauna, and salt cave. I also recently had a facial and a 3-in-1 massage by Kereny, which was absolutely amazing. Those are now definitely added to my list of favourites! Kereny is very knowledgeable, kind, and talented, and I can’t wait to see her again for treatment! The Salt Cave itself is like none other I’ve seen. I love its healing benefits, but beyond that, the cave’s interior is amazing! The decorations and fountains are done so well that it truly feels like you’re in a real cave (minus any creepy vibes). I feel completely immersed in the healing process. The salt bath soak is incredibly relaxing, and the massage jets are perfect for relieving the chronic pain I experience. Every treatment room is cozy, set to the perfect temperature, and has a calm and healing atmosphere. The cave is naturally chilly, but they provide cozy blankets, and I’ve never felt too cold or uncomfortable while inside. The staff are fantastic—always helpful, accommodating, and willing to work with my specific needs, which I deeply appreciate. They’ve also been great at helping me make more complex bookings when needed. I enjoy the lounge at the back after treatments and love that they frequently offer special packages to choose from. The shop also has the most beautiful salt products and salt lamps! Healing Salt Cave Hamilton has always been an amazing and relaxing experience for me, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Had an amazing first experience at Healing Salt Cave with Sofia. It was recommended to have the 3 in 1 massage, as I was treating myself for my birthday. Sofia explained each massage and their benefits and was very professional and courteous. She would ask during each massage if im comfortable. I am definitely returning and will request her to take care of me. I look forward to referring my friends and family!

This was my first time at a spa but I can’t imagine it getting much better than this! I had the signature bliss and my esthetician, Kereny, was fabulous- very gentle and kind. Everything felt great and smelt great! Would recommend to anyone looking for some comfort and pampering.

We did the Hot (Salt Bath) + Cold (Salt Cave) treatment and the 3-1 message for my girlfriends birthday. I have never had this experience before and I will break it down. Hot: The hotub experience was cute. It was more of a warmup before the salt cave and message. If you don't get much jacuzzi time with your partner I reccomend this. Cold: Salt Cave was a new experience. My girlfriend loved loved loved it and fell asleep. It wasn't as cold as many would believe but I'm sure the experience alone is worth the trip. 3-1 Message: Now this was awesome. I've never done a message before but it felt great especially for a couples message. The hotstones and expholiation felt great but the best part was the message (shout out to Katerina V who somehow handled a 6f3 dude) if anything I do reccomend the 3-1 message and it really did make my girlfriends birthday. Truely a unique experience and I'm sure I'll be back one day Hamilton. Thank you.

Our experience was amazing! Came here to get some relaxation and the floatation tank was just perfect. The temperature of the water was just right and the room was quite warm. The service was great, the lady at the front desk accommodates us and walked us through some things and tips since it was our first time doing it. Good communication and service. Thank you for giving us a good time overall!
