I had a great experience there, had fresh tea with my friends in the lounge before our mani&pedi. Foot massage was so relaxing. There is green park in the same building. If you are driving, very easy to get parking.

I'm a regular at Healthwinds & it's the best massage experience I've had in town. Their staff are wonderful, the masseuses are nice & do great work, & they have good location with a wide variety of services (I've only ever had massages here however). It's smaller than other places in town, but much more affordable & has a cozy vibe. There's a selection of free tea while you wait for your choice of service, & a nice steam room to use before of after your treatment.

Such a nice relaxing spa in mid town. Wasn't busy and friendly staff. The waiting room had an excellent selection of complimentary teas. I am definitely returning hear again. Ambiance ????

This review is long overdue! I’ve been a regular at this spa for the past two years, and every visit has been exceptional. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from my home in Davisville, it’s become my go-to spot for relaxation and self-care. The staff are friendly, professional, and always make me feel welcome. Whether I’m there for a massage, facial, or other treatments, the attention to detail and level of care are consistently top-notch. The environment is soothing and spotless, which makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Wonderful first experience. I had a 60 min massage and used the steam room. RMT was excellent and checked in about pressure etc. Felt very comfortable. Tea room area was very relaxing and the steam room was a great extra! I'll definitely book again.

This is in theory a lovely place to get a RMT massage because you can benefit from the pretty spa store, robes, lounge with tea bar, and steam room. However if you want to do so make sure you let the staff know when you arrive because they don’t seem to be trained to give you a tour and offer the robe before your massage. And if you booked any add-ons (such as the foot treatment) make sure your RMT knows this. I can’t complain about getting a longer massage instead of what I booked but the whole thing left me confused and without a robe to change into after my massage (despite pre booking the steam room). Just an odd disconnect between the booking staff and the RMTs which led to an unnecessarily awkward experience that easily could have been a lovely one. Also, I would have given this feedback directly if anyone had asked about my experience (reception, follow up survey?). But nobody did.

This experience did not exceed my expectations. The front desk staff was really nice but I feel like for the price I paid you get a super basic treatments and I didn’t feel really relaxed as much as I was hoping for. I’m disappointed!

Had a pedicure done on a Friday morning. I was told to sit for a 1/2 hour to let the polish dry, which I did. Toenails looked great that night. The next day, around dinner time, I noticed that the polish had started to rub off. For the price I paid, I expected it to last longer than 24 hours.
