I came in yesterday with my daughter for deluxe pedicures, and it was such a fabulous and relaxing experience from start to finish. The attention to detail and calming atmosphere made it feel like a true spa day. I loved it so much, I came back today for a new set of nails for an upcoming trip — and Bella absolutely nailed it! She did an amazing job, and I’m so happy with how they turned out. I've been coming here for a while now, and I can honestly say I've never left disappointed. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely talented. Whether it’s a quick polish change or a full set, they always go above and beyond. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality service and a relaxing experience every time!

I've been coming to kozy nails for about 5 or 6 appointment now, and I've never left unhappy. I've seen Kathy, Bella, and a few others who I unfortunately didn't catch their names. The customer service is always amazing. The nail art is always beautiful. The shape, colors and designs are wonderful. They offer you a drink, include a hand massage and hot towel service at the end. They are personable and friendly and I've never been disappointed. I'd highly recommend trying here if you haven't or are looking for somewhere new. Pedicures are done in a separate area and the staff work really hard to fit every single walk in person in, even when they are very busy.

I had my first acrylics done at this salon. I’m giving it three stars mainly because the ambiance is nice, but some staff members were not friendly or welcoming. I noticed the nail technician forgot to apply nail primer before the acrylics, which wasn’t a great start. They also don’t have a wide variety of colors to choose from. Nevertheless, I liked the hand massage they gave me after finishing my nails.

Waited 45 minutes for my mani pedi even though I had an appointment. Whole thing felt rushed as she was doing my mani and pedi at the same time... The whole appointment i felt like the tools were not clean, they seemed as though just used on someone else. They barely did any cuticle work and what little they did cut my finger badly. Polish job is bad turned out bumpy, not opaque, and is already chipping within 1 week. I had to continue working on my feet after the appointment because my heels and skin around nails were still so dry. the whole service just didnt feel like it was done with intention or care. Added another picture in my review. My "shellac" chiped badly after 8 days of getting my nails done. Never seen such bad outcome!!!

(Injury in picture has nothing to do with my nails this happened way before) I am beyond impressed with my experience at KOZY nails. Bella’s attention to detail and passion for what she does was amazing. She deserves recognition 100x The atmosphere is wonderful and the people are so friendly. Prices are also insanely good especially considering everything they do to make it a good experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!❤️

Staff were amazing to all customers. They greeted everyone coming in and they were very polite. They offer beverages while your getting your services. The salon was clean and well lit. Lots of options for nails and other beauty care like waxing. I would definitely recommend going here. Booking online was easy. My only mention is that we booked for a specific person online and didn't get her but we were happy with the outcome anyways. Highly recommend this location.

This was my second time here and brought my husband for a pedicure. They again did a FANTASTIC job on both my nails and his feet! After my nails la we’re done they continued massaging cream on and up my arms and a nice hot cloth to finish. Thank you s???? much ! And their prices are right on the wall when you walk in! No guessing. Very reasonable prices for Quality work!

Went for a fill from another shop and Kozy Nails took them off and re-did them because they weren't happy with the way they were done. Best set of nails I've had; flawless. The staff is wonderful too. My new favourite place.
