Went for another massage with Maryjane this morning, when I walk out I feel like I have a NEW SHOULDER. This lady is very good at what she does, an excellent masseuse. Highly recommend her skills, I know that I'm a lifer! I initially choose Mahogany Massage because of the reviews and the proximity. I really lucked out on this one. My masseuse's name is Maryjane, today was third therapeutic massage with her and just to give you an indication how effective her treatment / method is, I cancelled an upcoming cortisone shot appointment to relieve the pain in my torn rotator cuff. I've walk out of there the last 3 of 4 times with "ZERO" pain in my shoulder and increased mobility. Can't beat that! The office staff is courteous, friendly and prompt. The only issue with the clinic is as soon as you walk in there are shoes laying all over the place and as soon as you take yours off your socks get wet from the melted snow. This needs to be improved. Regardless of this minor issue, I highly recommend this place, specifically Maryjane, professional to the nth degree!

I had a massage with Jonalyn, and her stretching massage skills were incredible. I felt all the tension in my body melt away. The ambiance was extremely relaxing, and the entire place was spotless and inviting. The receptionists were friendly and answered all my questions professionally. I will definitely be coming back!

As a long time repeat customer of this establishment (6+ years), I can confidently say that they have always treated me well since I first started coming here in 2018. During my continued patronage I have only experienced two small mishaps, which I consider to be well within reasonable expectations given their otherwise stellar track record of excellent service. Mistakes happen to the best of us and what mattered to me was that they made it right in both instances. And life continues on. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to finally coming back again since it's a new calendar year.

I have been to this location multiple times and each time it’s amazing. Very professional and kind staff, the lobby/rooms are always clean and calming, and the massage therapists are extremely good at what they do! I’ve tried many different places for massage and this is by far my favourite!

I have tried multiple massage therapists here and I’m done trying. I received a massage today where the following things occurred: -I was not asked if there was anything I wanted to be focused on -I was doused with an insane amount of oil; it dripped down my neck and onto my face at the very beginning -I wasn’t asked about injuries etc. until about 20 minutes into the massage -The technique was awful, she just used the same motion over and over again without actually addressing any pin points. A 5 year old could have given a better massage. -There was no pressure, she just moved the oil around. The only time there was pressure was on spots that shouldn’t have a lot of pressure (spine, wrist joints etc). -At the end of the massage she told me “you need to get dressed quickly”. How rude and unprofessional, never mind the fact I had to wipe off a litre of massage oil. I truly question the legitimacy and qualifications of every RMT at this business. In addition, customer service doesn’t seem to be of importance which is truly horrifying. Will not return.

First visit here today. Alexandra was my masseuse & she was AMAZING!! After suffering for weeks with sciatic nerve pain I finally feel back to normal. 1 visit & the pain is gone. I can't Thank you enough Alexandra. Will definitely be back & I highly recommend.

I had a 1 hr massage with Nathalie today. She was wonderful, it was very relaxing and theraputic. The pressure was great and she was able to adjust it to my needs. will definitely recommend her to anyone and will be seeing her again.
