I had a very disappointing massage with Kisanet. She wore hand gloves throughout, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Her technique was rough and careless, it genuinely felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. The way she stretched my arms and neck left me in pain for days, like she was taking out frustration on my body. I reported this to the receptionist immediately. I would not recommend her services.

The therapist was excellent. She adressed my concerns (chronic neck and back pain) and did techniques and even some stretches that I'd never experienced. And I feel A LOT better! Definitely recommend.

Just recieved acupuncture from Aaliyah and she forgot needles in me. I went to get dressed and felt something poking my arm an noticed 2 needles left in my arm. I managed to reach my phone and call the front desk to see if anyone could assist me. I waited another 6 mins before Aaliyah returned and removed them and I asked her to check if any were left on my back. Scary ????

Noted: This massage place accepts direct billing to your insurance company and that's a plus in terms of just paying the difference instead of the full charge. The receptionist staff are friendly and knowledgeable in terms of the services they offer. All the questions I asked were answered with full explanation. They also offer a free membership where you commit to get a massage for a period of 6 months or a year at a discounted price. NOTED: Recommendation for future massage bookings, to check with booking staff as to the RMT's massage experience/background. In doing so as a client, I wouldn't be disappointed in my future massage bookings. April 4, 2025 My 5th visit and my RMT is Yasir, highly recommended! January 30, 2025 4th visit, booked a 60 massage with Yasir. He was recommended by another RMT if you want someone to do a deep tissue massage! Yasser is highly recommended! He knows how to give deep tissue massage and easing the knots and tight muscles areas. He's the best RMT I've had so far and will probably hire him for my future massage needs. December 31, 2024 - 2☆ rating 3rd visit and I had John, RMT and his style of massage reminds me of a "Turkish" style, which I find pretty rough and quite uncomfortable. It was a 90 minute deep tissue massage I booked. I realized John's experience is limited when it comes to deep tissue massage, he's probably more suited for relaxation massage style. I do not blame him however, I'll probably won't book his services in the future. December 29, 2024 - 3☆ rating 2nd visit and I had Randy, RMT and he was good in giving tips after the massage. It was a 60 minutes massage and his massage techniques are okay but not suited for my needs. December 27, 2024 - 4 ☆ rating Ist visit here and I had Tyler, RMT for a 90 minutes deep tissue massage and he was good! He was able to determine all the knots in my muscles and worked on it.

Cherise is absolutely amazing! She may be small but she’s mighty! She remembers the issues with my back and always incorporates different techniques that she knows work best for me. The front desk ladies are so pleasant and helpful. Always a lovely experience getting to come here.

Having been to other Massage addict locations, this one is my favourite. My go to therapist is Charise. She has mastered her trade and is excellent at what she does. The location is convenient and there’s always parking. Front desk staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and have a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.
