Never book again for their service. This clinic and their therapist Shelly keeps cancelling appointments on the same day or even only two hours before appointment. And the only job of their receptionist is to find all the excuses for that therapist and simply say that customers can go somewhere if you can’t suffer with last-minute practice.

Extremely disappointed for their service. This clinic and their therapist Shelly keeps cancelling appointments on the same day or even only two hours before appointment. And the receptionist just digging deep to find all the excuses for that therapist and simply say that you can go somewhere if you’re not good with last-minute practice. If you don’t want honour your new client promotion deal, just say it. If you have at least a glimpse respect to the customer, why not modify your policy and allow customers to do last minute change as well without paying anything. Now you just unleash your therapist to keep doing this kinds of things to our customers.

Was able to book a last-minute appointment with my crazy busy life which was amazing. Was concerned due to a last minute booking my appointment experience would be less than ideal but, boy was I happily, incorrect!! Neomi at the front desk was welcoming and kind. The RMT I seen was named Trisha G. and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Trisha made me feel super comfortable and at ease and she exceeded every expectation. She checked in 2x to ensure pressure was perfect which, it was and offered great after massage recommendations to keep me feeling better and tension at ease. I literally haven’t felt this relaxed, un-tense and just really nice in a loooong while. Thank you Trisha G; you are a gem!! ????

Very poor customer service, Firstly massage therapists don't cover for the time fully paid, Secondly front desk never answered calls on time and hardly call for appointment remainders , they kept arguing that I missed my appointment and they reminded me of my appointment which absolutely not true. Have Sunday closed on their hours of operation. Tried to explain my situation and no one bats an eye . Also they charge for the whole 1 hour, and never I was having a massage for the full one hour, i hardly get 50 mins massage even after paying for the full hour The massage therapist didn't even talk a word , even though I paid full amount for no show. Seriously bizarre, I've been a member at this and never missed appointments, but somehow I forgot about one appointment and they do nothing as work around. Utterly disappointed, never will recommend any one here

Staff are always friendly and helpful, and I love my RMT guy Jesse! He's not only excellent at what he does but is so knowledgeable,too ! So helpful when I am suffering from a particular issue

The whole experience was quite pleasant. Booking on line was easy. Printing and preparing forms ahead saved me time at your clinic and finally Jason K was great in terms of asking questions to understand my situation, to outlining treatment steps and wrapping everything with future recommendations. It all felt clear, concise and client-focused.

Dr. Kadie Jeha is super thorough and knowledgeable. I wasn't left guessing what was wrong. She was clear and informative. Notice a difference already in my low back.
