Eva and Erin have always been some of my favourites at Massage Heights. Erin is wonderful at deep tissue massage and has always been a friendly face that I look forward to chatting with; I can always count on her to get the kinks out of my back and hips. Eva gave me a Fairmont level spa quality massage today that I still haven’t fully gotten over. I’ve never been so relaxed in my life!! ???? The Massage Heights Crowfoot crew is always friendly, from their front desk support to reminders when I forget to book myself in for a massage. Many of the staff have been there for quite a long time, and I know that they spend time investing in their staff training as a brand, and that they provide a good working environment specifically at the Crowfoot location. I know that’s why many of the staff stick around. I’ve gone there for over 10 years, and I can’t imagine going any place else. ????

Rose is an amazing massage therapist. I go to her for both cupping and hot stones and she never disappoints. I leave there relaxed and feeling better than I came in every time! Both my family and I go and we all love her. She can work out any aches and pains we are having in one session no problem. I look forward to going to see her every time. She’s always so kind and makes sure you are comfortable at all times.
Massage Heights has been my service provider for the last six years. Great staff at the reception. Rhud and Erin and exceptionally good. Recently tried Eva is amazing and sincere with what she does.
I had a very frustrating experience with this place. I called yesterday to book a massage appointment, and their policy requires a credit card on file. I told the receptionist that I didn’t want to provide one because I planned to pay in cash. She didn’t mention it would be an issue and confirmed the appointment. However, when I arrived today, they told me the appointment was canceled because I didn’t put a credit card on file. I understand they have their policies, but if a customer clearly explains their concerns—especially with how common credit card theft is—they should try to accommodate or at least communicate more clearly. Other businesses I’ve dealt with, like my dentist, respect this preference without issue. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly, which only added to the bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on their poor customer service and lack of understanding.
Eva is excellent! Thank you for taking the knots out of my neck and back in a relaxing, yet deep way that has really helped me. I appreciated you for taking the time to show me some stretching tips afterwards. Very mindful, kind, and excels at deep massage.
I have done a few 60 minute sessions and one 90 minute session. All were great. Eve really knows how to loosen up the tight spots. Highly recommended.
I recently had a massage with Gillian. She is adept at addressing specific areas of tension while making the entire session feel both relaxing and rejuvenating. She has a calming presence that instantly puts you at ease. I am grateful for her care and expertise. I highly recommend Gillian.
