They send an email following your appointment which says they give a discount for google reviews, so be mindful of that when reading other reviews here. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience I initially booked for a classic set but was given a hybrid set instead, which was bulkier than I wanted and cost more. From the start, the lashes caused stinging and burning, leading to an allergic reaction that required a doctor visit and medication. As the lashes began falling out, I noticed multiple extensions were glued to single natural lashes, weighing them down and causing even more damage. I then had to pay extra to have the bad lashes removed, but the technician still left some behind, which I only noticed today. During the removal appointment, she even admitted that some lashes had been glued directly to my skin, which could have caused further irritation and damage. In total, I spent $220 on a painful, damaging experience, and now I have even fewer natural lashes than when I started. I let them know about my experience and they just told me I was happy when I left the first time (yes because the issues hadn’t started…) and said I should’ve told them sooner. I told them as soon as I realized there was an issue. They offered a lash lift as an apology but seeing as their supplies gave me an issue the first time I won’t be going back.

The shop was super clean, and had a really nice vibe. The beds were cozy, and the temperature was great. The music wasn’t too loud, and I was actually so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. I saw Rachel, and she was super kind and helpful. She had suggestions for my lifestyle and how to make my lashes look amazing and last as long as possible. The only qualm I had was that there was far too much perfume in whatever they have in their bathroom (air freshener maybe?) and that made my perfume allergy act up a little. But otherwise 10/10 experience.

This was such a great experience! My first time, it was awesome how Demi at the W 4th location explained the process step by step, I could make decisions based on good information and she gave really good advice. The actual treatment was gentle and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and the music was nice, I almost fell asleep. I am so happy with the result and will definitely be going back :)

I am so glad that I took the leap and had my first lash appointment with Jennifer Jee. I had seen her work on my sister so knew she wouldn't lead me astray but I had no idea she had such an amazing ability to understand and interpret what I was looking for. She absolutely nailed it. The pickiest people in my life had no clue and just thought my mascara was on point (exactly what I had hoped for). I'm so beyond happy with her work and energy. The salon is cute and comfortable as well.

I had an amazing experience with Donna! She did a fantastic job on my wispy hybrid lashes, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Donna is incredibly patient and took the time to understand my needs and design the perfect look for me. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she’s so gentle throughout the process that it made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I was a first time customer getting lash lift done at Moda Lashes. I was not happy with the results the first time. When I brought this up with Rachel, she immediately offered to fix them for me at no cost. I just had them fixed by her and the results were amazing. Great experience - I had Veronika and she was very welcoming and friendly. I had lashes on from a previous place but decided to get my refills here and they did it no problem. I've tried a few places around Vancouver, and I think I will make this my lash place from now on! The place was clean, cute vibes with nice music, beds were super comfy, and they're affordable which, as a student, is huge. There's plenty of free parking just around the corner in the neighborhoods. Customer service is also great, they answer their phones or call you back pretty quickly. Overall, great lash place and excited to go back!

I have seen Leila at the West Broadway location and she did fantastic work on my classic lashes! I have also seen Taeko at the West 4th Ave location and she is wonderful! I will definitely be back for my refills! Thank you!
