I had the most amazing experience at Mokara Spa! My pedicure was absolutely perfect—relaxing, thorough, and beautifully done. The attention to detail was top-notch, and I left feeling completely pampered. A special shoutout to Dreona at the front desk! She was so friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her positive energy truly set the tone for my visit, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Amazing experience at Mokara Spa at the Omni. Great customer service from beginning to end. But the best part was the therapist, Rose. Best deep tissue massage I have ever gotten at a hotel setting. I recommend her if you want to really have a great deep tissue experience. Often, the therapists are not strong enough. I highly recommend !

I will be back for another massage! Beautiful first experience..staff was welcoming, the amenities were top notch and classy. Change rooms were so pleasant and well kept. My RMT was skilled and soothing. Absolutely recommend this experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mokara Spa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the spa is serene and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the incredible service provided by Dreona, at the front. From the moment I walked in, Dreona greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that instantly put me at ease. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met.

Excellent service! My esthetician was Mady, and she really worked magically. I felt so relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay there. My body and skin have never felt better. Will be back soon!!

Great year-end spa experience! Had a sweadish massage done by Amanda. She did an absolutely fantastic job and was really attentive. The receptionist, Adriana , was extremely nice as well and gave a thorough tour of the spa and its amenities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Very nice experience at this Spa inside the King Edward Hotel, you really get a pampered treatment and serviced here. They have a guest lounge and you can help yourself to the little snack bar, if you would like tea they will give you a pot with the tea of your choice. I tried the lavender tea and it was amazing! I got the Majesty’s mani and my sister got the Mokara pedi, bill was about $250 but we both had a wonderful time. You do not feel rushed to leave at all and they encourage you to spend more time in their lounge after your treatment. The prices are as expected with this kind of service and they do add a mandatory 18% gratuity; but I would still recommend coming for a special occasion.

Incredible you will not be disappointed. Rose the massage therapist was the highlight of the services I had. The general manager Julia Chang went above and beyond and I hope Mokara knows what an asset she is!
