"We booked an appointment with them last week & I must say I’m going to visit them again. One of the best massage place and it is very reasonable even if it’s Downtown Toronto. Felt very relax and literally I slept off while my RMT was doing the massage. I enjoyed every part of the session. My RMT was very soft spoken and too good at her job . People with insurance can visit only on Tuesdays and Fridays as informed. In case you call them to inquire please be a little patience with them as they don’t speak much English or understand very well English. But they are fantastic at their job✌️"

"Overall it was a great experience. Despite there being a bit of a language barrier, in which I didn't really communicate any pain I was having, the lady still managed to find and make my shoulder feel better without me telling her it was bothering me. I've had a rotator cuff injury off and on for years and for months now it's been awful to the point my workouts have been severely impacted. Next day after the massage and there's no pain at all. Even when I do stretches or rotate it. I'm actually shocked. It didn't feel great at the time but whatever she did worked. Hopefully it stays like this. Their linens could use an update and it would be helpful to drape the massage table first so people can just climb into the covers, for modesty reasons. I'm very happy with the experience overall tho. I got 30 min foot reflexology and 60 min massage combo. Very decent prices which helps those of us who don't have benefits."

"I had an incredible experience here! Not only was the massage absolutely the best I've ever had, but the customer service was truly outstanding. I accidentally left my gold chain behind, and to my amazement, the owner and staff went out of their way to call me and ensure it was returned. Their honesty and integrity are unmatched. "I came here after I felt absolutely nothing from a different place and treated me with intimidation in some ways. I like about this place is its very clean and you wouldn't know if you don't come here inside. It is more private in this place and the massage table is even more comfortable. This place isn't a scam even though their combos are cheapest out of every single one in the area and I have been to other places and some places I don't want to comment. I was very surprised thats why I choose a different location first before this one. The reason why I like this place is its very clean inside. The male guy who works here is pretty good. I don't want to comment on the other past locations in the area."

"For what you get, the price is insane. I tried this place for the first time today because my normal place in Chinatown was fully booked. I found them to be very professional, friendly and that they really listened to what I requested. I truly feel so much better after visiting. I drove 10 hours the day before and my lower back was really sore. I noticed they don’t really use a timer but it ended up being around the time that I paid for. I’m not going to get upset over 3 or 4 minutes for a 90 minute massage."

"I've been here twice and the foot massage was good. But the last time, I had a back massage, and it was unbelievably rough and "pinchy". I was surprised how awful it felt, and my neck was very sore afterward. The woman was super rough and cracked my neck hard without warning, which is chiropractor work, not work for an untrained person giving massages. This is dangerous, and it felt like I got injured. The staff is very nice but I won't go back, unfortunately."

"Alright, I'll address a few things in this review. First, I've been coming here for about a year now and haven't had any issues whatsoever. With respect to cleanliness, during the more sensitive COVID or flu periods, the masseuses were always masked. I've never had an instance where I felt unsafe as a result of a health issue. With respect to the quality of massages this place is class. They have specific masseuses for specific needs, whether you're looking for a harder massage, a softer one, or a more relaxing experience. I've been with 4 different masseuses in my time here and none of them have left me disappointed. The prices are quite reasonable in this area, and anyone who particularly enjoys massages knows that other areas are often significantly more expensive. That's all I can think of for now. Shoutout to Jenny for a really hard massage and my favourite (I won't name her or her schedule will fill up) for a good time, every time. Enjoy the spa."

"Great massage at half the price from fancier places around the corner. Very professional, they don't try and make small talk, and they adjusted the pressure during the whole session. My very tense body felt a whole lot better ! UPDATE : Went back a second time. Experience was more than disappointing. During my foot massage, 2 employees were in the next stall just yapping away and talking loudly. When I went in the room for the full body, masseuse's phone kept ringing loudly (6 times) and at some point he just decided to answer his personal calls while I'm lying on the table half naked."

"Very nice experience at this Spa inside the King Edward Hotel, you really get a pampered treatment and serviced here. They have a guest lounge and you can help yourself to the little snack bar, if you would like tea they will give you a pot with the tea of your choice. I tried the lavender tea and it was amazing! I got the Majesty’s mani and my sister got the Mokara pedi, bill was about $250 but we both had a wonderful time. You do not feel rushed to leave at all and they encourage you to spend more time in their lounge after your treatment. The prices are as expected with this kind of service and they do add a mandatory 18% gratuity; but I would still recommend coming for a special occasion."

"My first visit here was yesterday, and I had the pleasure of sitting under Amanda’s care. First off, her hair wash was phenomenal, it sent goosebumps down my arms. She takes her time to ensure your hair and scalp are clean. Secondly, her styling was amazing. She did a thorough blow dry and styled with a curling iron effortlessly. I never felt the heat, never winced at her combing my hair. Thirdly, she’s kind of like a therapist - we just got to chatting all throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend, and I definitely will return. Also the pricing was really good, I usually pay close to double to get my hair done in North York."
