Otium is an amazing place to receive a massage and regenerate! Rhonda provides both Deep tissue and Reiki massage and her hands are magic! I always leave feeling peaceful, relaxed and my body feels amazing after a massage. The staff are all beautiful souls that have your best interest! I highly recommend this clinic in the heart of Legacy.

I went to Otium Wellness because of a pain I was experiencing in my lower back. I explained my issues to Chantel who listened and explained exactly where the issues were stemming from. She is an amazing Osteopath who knows exactly how to help. I was very impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. I look forward to my next visit!

From what I’ve seen you can’t go wrong with any RMT here, but Jennifer is my GIRL. I’ve had multiple massages while away travelling this past year - usually at much higher prices - but I almost always come out of them wishing I could fly right home to see Jenn. She has such a thorough knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and I always come out feeling like a million bucks. I get a lot of neck/lower back pain in my job and have struggled in the past finding someone who can get right in there, but she always knows the perfect spots. She’s also the only RMT I’ve ever had who massages shin splints! Otium is beautiful, the music is super relaxing (classic spa playlists which are my favourite), and the beds are so comfortable with pillows and towels to go over your hair/face so you can really decompress. HIGHLY recommend!!
