One of the very best massage experiences I have ever had! The ambience and room are excellent - clean and modern with a touch of classic elegant elements. I had a prenatal massage and Stephanie was fantastic at ensuring I was comfortable and really worked at releasing my tension and working on my problem areas. They also offer spa treatments. I will certainly be back and highly recommend! The only small downside is that they do not do direct billing to private insurance companies.

I have a wonderful experience at Pur Balance in Cambridge today. The spa is beautiful and the moment I stepped in I felt relaxed and welcome. The receptionist was friendly and quickly let me know how to deposit my things and relax. Milla was obviously very comfortable and so knowledgeable in what my skin needed. I trusted her completely and I knew I made the right decision. My skin feels like I have a new baby soft face. Exactly what I needed. Thanks so much

Always a great experience at Pur Balance. The receptionist was so friendly. I received a mani & pedi from Meryn who was so professional, such a lovely person and did an amazing job. From the RMTs to the esthetician's there, I've never been disappointed leaving Pur Balance.

I had a wonderful experience at Pur Balance. The receptionist is friendly and very kind. I had a facial booked with Mylla and I could not recommend her enough. She is incredible knowledgeable and patient, sharing so many things that I found helpful on my skin journey. She took the time to hear my skin goals and concerns and even customized the facial on the spot to ensure my concerns were addressed. I’ll be returning to Pur Balance on a regular cadence and especially booking with Mylla to continue my skin journey with her help!

Pur Balance is a special experience, from the minute you walk in the door to the time when you have to reluctantly leave. The reception area is welcoming, spatious yet cozy, and comfortable and the receptionist greeted me warmly and sparked up a delightful conversation while I waited. She took my jacket and directed me where I could remove my shoes to put on slippers that I did not want to give back. The therapist was very professional and friendly and made sure she understood the reason for my visit. The establishment itself is very clean and quite nicely decorated. It's clear that the owner knows that the atmosphere and setting is also an important part of the treatment experience. It's maybe a bit more expensive but, IMO, it's worth a small premium to have a complete experience rather than just 'a massage'. That being said, the massage itself was full value. I like a DEEP tissue massage and I got that in spades, but I also received a bit of an education about the muscle groups and what was going on and how the deep tissue massage was helping to repair the muscles. This was first time at Pur Balance but i felt like I was treated like a long-time and valued client from start to finish. I am looking forward to my next treatment.

Honestly had one of the best prenatal massages ever! Helene asked me the usual questions, where was hurting most and then had a plan right away to address the issues. I knew my muscles were super tight but did not know exactly why. She knew the right pressure points and also made sure I was comfortable and relaxed being so late in my pregnancy. Highly recommend! Also I just love this spa. Always leave feeling refreshed.

I got a facial done by Meryn a few weeks ago and it was amazing! Her gentle hands nearly put me to sleep. It was such a relaxing experience, I will definitely be coming back. I also got a massage done by Courtney which was also amazing. Pur balance is a lovely, welcoming environment and I can tell that the owner puts her full heart into making this place amazing!

I have been looking for somewhere that is both beautiful but also offers high quality services and I found my place! I have had massage, facials, sauna and laser here and all of it was spectacular! Highly recommend!
