I had an acne facial with Serena, and I’m honestly blown away by the results. My skin looks so much clearer, and the improvement in both my acne and overall skin tone speaks for itself. Serena was incredibly knowledgeable about at-home care, gentle throughout the treatment, and made the entire experience relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and so much more confident in my skin. I just finished my chemical peel facial and I’m really happy with the experience. Serena explained everything thoroughly, so I knew exactly what to expect in the coming days. Hands down amazing service. From their customer service expertise to top of the line knowledge and procedures. I came in and got a dermaplaning facial as well as lymphatic cupping/drainage done. As a first time client of not only this spa but a first time client of this kind of procedure I left beyond impressed and pleased. Serena has given me a new outlook on proper skincare through her knowledge and skills. She was also able to thoroughly educate me on my skin type and proper regimens I should follow in order to keep my skin healthy and refreshed. Additionally the cleanliness/sterilization, welcoming atmosphere, and professionalism was more than I could have asked for this experience. The before and after of my skin visibly shows the amount of time, dedication, knowledge, and skills go into Serena’s treatments. She also offers a very relaxing massage during the facials cure time! Will be returning.
