Absolutely love The Ten Spot, and specifically this location. Charlie is amazing - she always puts me at ease with her super engaging and comforting personality, and my laser hair removal sessions are so effective! Going to Mexico and not shaving my legs for the entire week was an absolute dream!

Went here years ago for eyebrow wax and was disappointed. Then was gifted a gift card and tried them again this past June for a gel pedicure and lip wax. I was very disappointed. The place didn't have the lights on and it was SILENT honestly thought they were closed when I walked in. It stayed this way the whole time I was there. Right before the wax the girl asks if I'm on accutane to which I say no. Then we get upstairs and she tells me I was supposed to fill out a waiver first but it's fine we'll just do that now that the wax is done. Then for the pedicure, halfway through she looks up at me, gives me a look and giggles " you didn't want your toes waxed did you ?" Well I was planning on it since it's included but I said no since I felt incredibly judged as she asked. The whole time she was awkward, quiet and didn't seem like she had a good idea of what needed to be done. When it came time to check out she tried charging me for the full service when I had already paid $100 on gift card.. definitely not coming back.

Sanitary and friendly service but the results aren’t the greatest. My manicure looks like it’s a few days old already since the cuticle wasn’t pushed enough in my opinion to paint the whole nail. However the aesthetician who took care of me was new to the industry so maybe some of the more experienced aestheticians there might be better. I also found out they don’t do any fills or repairs. They basically just sell you the astehics of the place. Paid $81 for a really basic pedicure, the nail technician didn't cut my nails well had to ask her to cut my nails lower. Also had to ask her to cut my pinkie toe more because I know there is always extra buildup there. The nail colour on my big toe are different my right toe looks as if they didn't put enough coats there are nail colour around my toes because it wasn't cleaned properly. I'm upset and I won't be going back there again
