"I first went when they had just moved to their new location on outer Princess Street. At that time I found the location was less than relaxing only because the treatment room walls did not go all the way to the ceiling. Anything that was happening elsewhere in the spa was easily heard. I was there to have a facial massage and throughout I ended up listen to the conversations of some lovely ladies who were having pedicures, so I felt it wasn’t all that it could be in spite of the service being great. Last week I went back for a lymphatic facial massage and head massage, and found to my delight that they have now extended the walls to the ceiling. Shaylyn gave a great service and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I recommend this spa!"

"The location was warm and welcoming. The staff member, Shaylyn was lovely. But unfortunately what was supposed to be a pedicure to fix my dry feet/exfoliate, and calluses etc that I needed so desperately ... didn't go to plan. The skin on my heels were half done, dry skin sticking out and not smooth at all. Calluses were discussed but never dealt with. Unfortunately I was on a tight budget, and am unable to pay for another pedicure to try and fix this one now. I am not bad mouthing the staff member herself, but the pedicure was definitely not up to par for my expectations and price (compared to other spas/nail salons) when I was trying to help a local service vs. a chain, or fast paced environment."

"I have had services done with Shasta and I followed her to Lotus and Lavender and the place is just amazing!!! I felt so relaxed and Andrea was very friendly. I felt very welcomed and Shasta is great at what she does. Looking forward to my next visit"

I've been seeing Andrea since March 2023 for regular facials, an Indian head massage (glorious!) and a pedicure and I so highly recommend her. She has created a very warm, relaxing and calm environment at her spa, and you can feel the care and warmth she has for her clients. She's like talking to a friend. I have very tricky, sensitive skin and she is always researching for me the best products to use on my face that are priced well, organic and Canadian-made and uses these in my regular facials. "The best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve been here 4 times and I’ve had Brendon as my therapist. I suffer from SI issues due to lots of cycling and rowing so I need deep tissue work done. He is so focused and seems to be mentally present the entire time. It can be a bit painful because I specifically ask for deep tissue massages, he’s strong and has the endurance to maintain pressure for the entire hour. I honestly don’t know how he does it. I’m pretty muscular with a lot of knots, when I leave I feel like a new person."

"My first experience with Limestone Therapies was amazing! McKenzie was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. She asked about and focused on my areas of concern and sent me home with a few stretches to help with those areas. The location itself was clean and quiet. Jolet and Amy made our experience extra special by preparing a romantic surprise. It was a small yet beautiful gesture and made our visit much more memorable. And today I had a haircut by MICHELLE in the hair salon. She is an absolute PRO and is incredibly talented, My shoulder length layers are perfect! "Very wonderful experience here. Super clean, professional and welcoming. A very nice environment with great staff who seem to know what they are doing. Classic 1hr pedicure experience so good price. Only thing I would say is when you just use a wooden foot file, it doesn’t really smooth the feet down much. An electric exfoliator or a callus shaver would have been nice but I was still very satisfied with the service. They’ve also got a little drink menu with coffee, tea and water which was just what I needed. Would definitely recommend."

"Went here years ago for eyebrow wax and was disappointed. Then was gifted a gift card and tried them again this past June for a gel pedicure and lip wax. I was very disappointed. The place didn't have the lights on and it was SILENT honestly thought they were closed when I walked in. It stayed this way the whole time I was there. Right before the wax the girl asks if I'm on accutane to which I say no. Then we get upstairs and she tells me I was supposed to fill out a waiver first but it's fine we'll just do that now that the wax is done. Then for the pedicure, halfway through she looks up at me, gives me a look and giggles " you didn't want your toes waxed did you ?" Well I was planning on it since it's included but I said no since I felt incredibly judged as she asked. The whole time she was awkward, quiet and didn't seem like she had a good idea of what needed to be done. When it came time to check out she tried charging me for the full service when I had already paid $100 on gift card.. definitely not coming back."

"Sanitary and friendly service but the results aren’t the greatest. My manicure looks like it’s a few days old already since the cuticle wasn’t pushed enough in my opinion to paint the whole nail. However the aesthetician who took care of me was new to the industry so maybe some of the more experienced aestheticians there might be better. I also found out they don’t do any fills or repairs. "They basically just sell you the astehics of the place. Paid $81 for a really basic pedicure, the nail technician didn't cut my nails well had to ask her to cut my nails lower. Also had to ask her to cut my pinkie toe more because I know there is always extra buildup there. The nail colour on my big toe are different my right toe looks as if they didn't put enough coats there are nail colour around my toes because it wasn't cleaned properly. I'm upset and I won't be going back there again"
