I went here for the first time today. Emily my bodyworker was very good. She was polite and bang on with pressure. She knew where all my knots were. She's one of the best massage therapist I've had in years! The atmosphere is pleasant and everyone seemed friendly.

I was gifted with a massage from my wife for my birthday and I was looking forward to it. Sadly, I was disappointed with ToeToSoul Relax Lounge. It was not a relaxing massage at all, it was painful and I thought that maybe I was just really stiff and sore and had some knots to loosen, and that's why it was painful. Unfortunately, it didn't get better. The next day I was even more sore and tender. I would not recommend spending your money here. Very Unsatisfied and still in pain.

I have been going here for many years, and it is super fantastic!Way better than registered massage therapy and wish extended benefits would cover this instead of RMT! I have a VIP membership, and feel amazing after my body and foot reflexology! May is absolutely amazing! Acupressure and deep tissue massage are intense but you can always ask the therapist to adjust the pressure and it leaves you feeling relaxed and floating on a cloud, afterwards!

Decided to treat myself this evening to a "50 min reflexology" massage, which ended up being a very painful leg massage and me being bent and "stretched" in uncomfortable, painful positions. It started with an "arm and hand massage" with a towel? For 10 minutes while your feat "soaked" in Luke warm water. So now your reflexology is only 40 min. They the lady started rubbing my thighs, calves, ankles, spent maybe 5 minutes on each foot, then back to bruising my legs. I was in so much pain I was wincing. I went to pay and asked the lady if they gave me the wrong massage, because what I got was most definitely NOT reflexology. The lady then replied that it should be a foot massage with leg massage as well. I paid $72 and feel like my legs are bruised and my feet are still sore, I'm going to have to book elsewhere. I will unfortunately not be coming back here, I even advised the lady she should mention in the reflexology that is is mainly a leg rub, and that I was very disappointed. She the punched in my total without even an apology. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for reflexology at all.

I have been for massage here at least six times. The first few massage here were fabulous, unfortunately it seems that was as good as it gets. The last couple of times I have been in for a massage it is getting worse and worse. Today the receptionist was not pleasant and more put off that I asked for a receipt because she had her dinner at the counter , very rude and unprofessional ! I should not have paid for the service before going back for the massage was not even close to how great it was even in December of last year. Very disappointing service today, start to finish. Not exactly a cheap service, don’t waste money here. For a fast foot massage maybe ok is about all .

I have been here many times , you must be very clear to the therapist what you want out of your massage and how much pressure - if not they usuallly go gusto to deep tissue , for me that leaves me in pain. I always ask for relaxation lite to medium pressure. Right from booking my appointment the receptionist was great , my experience on Tuesday wiith Bea was amazing chair massage and reflexology . Great job Toe to Soul!

A friend took me here as a gift. I will not be returning. I am an RMT and these ladies were massaging with towels?!? I said medium pressure the lady left bruises on my neck and arms. The woman at the front desk was also very rude. My friend and I were talking quietly and she asked us to stop. We were not speaking loudly at all. She not once smiled or even looked happy to be there. The massage people couldn’t speak English well either. How are you supposed to communicate your needs and wants for the massage when they can’t understand you?

I go in weekly for massages with Mae. She has suited me well. She is intuitive to what I need, she’s very good at relieving my pain. The process is easy, I book in weekly ahead of time. Highly recommend!
