I've been a loyal client of this spa for over a year, and my mother-in-law and I absolutely love it! The staff is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Taylor, who has been our go-to for massages, truly listens to your needs and delivers a tailored experience. For pedicures, Pauline and Clara's techniques are exceptional. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE Urban Bliss. I've been getting regular facials with Lina since July of 2023 and have had the most amazing experience everytime! All of the staff are so kind and welcoming and the environment is so cozy and calming. Lina is such a sweet and calming person who makes you feel truly pampered and taken care of ever single time. She gives great recommendations and always a few free samples of products and my skin always feels refreshed after a facial at Urban Bliss. A little chocolate to take home and glass of water at check out are just a few of the cute little details they ensure to make your experience worth every cent. I'm always trying to get everyone I know to go get a facial done with Lina!

I have had several deep tissue massages with Taylor and a couple waxes over the years and all the services have been fantastic. I purchase most of my routine skincare products from the salon as well. I'm quite picky with salon services, but I really enjoy the cute salon decor, inviting atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the knowledgeable staff.

Best massage I’ve had in a while! The whole massage was very relaxing and felt really good. She did a little back massage, neck, shoulders, face n, head and energy pulling. I didn’t know she was going to do all of that! This is my new favourite place to go

Absolutely love this place! I had a facial with Lina and she’s THE best! My skin was so supple and the texture was amazing after just one facial. Putting on makeup after the facial was so easy even without a primer and the results literally lasted for a weeks, not even exaggerating!! I’ve always got facials but this was by far the best. She’s obviously very seasoned and knows what she’s doing. The spa was nice and clean, and very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this spa and Lina!!
