"I visited this salon because my usual nail place was busy and I needed a pedicure before my trip. When I arrived, a technician asked if I spoke Russian or Ukrainian. When I said no, she appeared confused and didn’t offer me any slippers. Fortunately, I had my socks on because the floor in the room I was taken to was dirty from a previous customer. They also lacked a proper pedicure chair. Due to the language barrier, the technician cut my toenails too short, causing pain. While she wore gloves, she didn’t change them after handling items for her electric nail file. The pedicure lasted only 25-30 minutes and didn’t include a soothing soak or relaxing massage, despite the $70 price. Although I left a 15% tip, no one asked if I was satisfied with the service. So if you're looking for a CLEAN, RELAXING, environment with passionate, detailed work,I recommend avoiding this place. After I left a one-star review on Google for this place, you attempted to bribe me to delete my honest feedback. When that didn't succeed, you then offered me a facial. That's truly shameful."
