"Had my first appointment at this location today and it was the best massage experience I have ever had! Chris did an amazing job from start to finish. I'm still nursing some past injuries and imbalances and Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable with helping me figure out what I need to work on to recover by stretching and strengthening specific muscles to rebuild my range of motion and get past my apprehensive behaviour with my shoulder. The massage was also the best one I've had to date! Pressure, comfort, atmosphere, and techniques were always well utilized, and it was a very clean facility."

"This rating is strictly for the massage portion of this business. I had 3 massage visits in this place. The first one went ok as expected; however, it just kept going downhill from there. My second visit: a lady rmt got me from the waiting area a little passed out appointment and left me in the room for another 9 minutes before returning to work on me. She stopped and left the room 4 minutes before my time was up. The front desk reception was very kind in discounting me $10. I wasn't expecting any discount but it was very nice of her. My third and possibly last session wasn't any better. Another lady rmt got me from the waiting room 5 minutes late pass my appointment time, and took me to the room that was ice cold. It felt like I walked into a freezer. Again, she didn't return to the room for another 5-6 minutes. It was very uncomfortable laying down on a sheet of ice of a cover. When I asked her to maybe turn down the AC or maybe turn up the heat of the room, she cranked the volume of music to 10. Now, not only was I'm freezing, I can't even hear myself think. And once again, she's done 4 minutes before my time is up. Not until after my session did I discover that she turned up the volume control knob rather than the temperature control. I understand that there's some cushion time for RMT to get patient and begin working on them; however, when I'm shelling out $180 for my session, I didn't expect to loose 10- 15 minutes each and every session. That's like paying for 60 minutes and getting only merely 45 minutes out of it. A very poor business practice to me."

"Ryan was fantastic! Ask for him! I had to take the day off work from back and chest pains. The man fixed it in one session and i'll be back to work the next day. The trick is i have to visit him more than once in a while. It's a treatment, and i'm okay coming if this get rid of my pain. Ryan, Thank you for giving me some relief from muscle pains!"

The technique and time management he has to get a quality fully body massage in one hour was incredible. Staff at the front desk were kind and always smiling as well. Can’t recommend it enough. "My experience fell far below the standard I expected, and I am compelled to bring several issues to your attention. First, the massage therapist's technique was unprofessional and lacking in skill. The treatment did not meet my expectations in terms of both effectiveness and relaxation. The session felt rushed, and the quality of the massage was not what I anticipated from a licensed professional. The massage therapist failed to massage the front of my body. She massaged the back and then had me flip over and proceeded to massage my jaw for only a very short period of time and that was the end of my service. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the session was shorter than the allotted time. This was especially frustrating as I had specifically scheduled for a full 60-minute appointment, but received far less than that. The massage began at 1:50pm and finished at 1:30pm. I arrived 5 minutes early to fill out the paperwork that was required. Finally, I found the draping during the session to be inadequate and inappropriate, which made me feel uncomfortable and violated my sense of privacy. This was especially concerning considering the standards expected for professional and respectful massage therapy. I have received many massages and I have never experienced such bad technique when it comes to draping. The massage therapist had long nails which made the service extremely uncomfortable."
