"Thank you Jenny and Sophie for an amazing experience with our facial and massage. They were so kind and took great care of us. They gave us a tour of the space, which had stunning tall ceilings and was incredible spacious and luxurious. I love how clean the aesthetic is, they had lockers with towel and robe upon arrival. There was a sauna and shower that we can use after our service. After we were done changing, we walked to the VIP room which had their own bathroom and shower. The massage pinpointed my areas that I oftentimes had joint pain. It was from the head, neck, shoulders, spine and lower back. The facial was a great deal and price, they used red light therapy and machines to clean out my pores and spots on my face. My skin has never felt so soft in a long time. It was hydrating and glowing after our session. Highly recommend to everyone I know for a girls night out, or a relaxing place for youself"

"Very good environment and services. Only serves female customers. Has sauna, hot steam, and shower if you join their membership (buy facial packages). But single-buy treatment is also available. They have a mix of massage into all of their facial treatments, but there is no RMTs (no insurance recipes). Definitely on the high-end luxury side of spas, price is up there as well. But it's worth the experience if you are looking for a place to relax for an hour or so."

"I read all 5 stars review from 17 customers, so I called in to book the early special combo as the website stated, foot massage (45min) and body massage (45min) for $65. But, the lady staff said they don't have that. So we booked the early combo instead , foot massage (45min) and body massage (30min) for $60. My husband and I went together on a Monday morning. We have mix feelings about this place. The staff are not unfriendly, but there are some hesitant. One lady staff told my husband most of their customers are male, they don't usually have female customers. Also, they specialize in body massage, not foot massage. I had another lady staff, her body massage skill is better than her foot massage skill. However, she sat on my bum to massage my back. I don't think it is the norm. My thoughts at that time were did they sit on my husband's bum in the next room. My husband said no when I asked him at the end. They also have a shower in each room. May be it is for privacy and convenience. But, still a bit strange in my mind."

"I’m not a person who writes many reviews but I have been a customer at Zenstones for a number of years and it is by far the best holistic wellness place I have ever visited. The staff are incredibly professional and focus on accommodating me the client. Whatever my needs might be at the time. The rooms are clean the showers are spotless, the attendants are courteous and caring, and the service is second to none. If you are looking for a place where you will feel completely rejuvenated when you’re done, I recommend that you come to Zenstones."

"My go to place for a massage. The place is clean and comfy. There’s a sauna and two showers available. The ladies are super friendly and accommodating. Never once had a problem with any of them. Prices are fair."

"I went here yesterday for a massage. The receptionist (the one with the glasses) took it upon herself to give me the massage. She assured me that she's an RMT. I had the most atrocious massage ever. I had to pause midway and ask if she's actually a masseuse. She said she's not and does acupuncture. I'm all sore and in pain now from the massage. Never again visiting here and you'd be better advised to stay away from here as well."
