"Came here for a pedicure for myself and my friend. Now the 3 stars has nothing to do with the ladies providing the service, they were lovely!! I’m giving 3 stars because my massage chair didn’t work and that was extremely disappointing because that’s one of best parts about coming in for a pedicure. I think for the price you pay (way more than the average nail salon) you’d expect the chairs to work. I also found the foot massage to be a bit short but I don’t blame my lady doing my pedicure I think that’s just standard practice at this spa. Otherwise it’s a nice experience. Nice robes and the wax was lovely for my feet and the lady doing the pedicure did a great job, otherwise."

"I went for my first visit today and I was honestly blown away by how luxurious the experience was. You can tell there was a lot of thought that went into every detail, from the layout, the change room and its amenities to the services provided. Booked another massage on my way out."

"What I thought was a nice ultimate facial, and a bit of a rough heavenly feet, which was a little abrasive on the salt scrub I would not recommend. I tried to overlook everything until I got home and saw my face look like it was as if someone took sandpaper on face. I’m not so sure I would recommend wild orange which is sad because in the past, I have had good experiences. I hope my face can heal fast."

"The pros: Come here for RMT. The RMTs, especially Olivia, are awesome which is why I keep returning. Also, it’s convenient for Abbotsford where there aren’t a lot of premium spas. The cons: They charge a facility fee of $3.50, so you may as well use the steam/locker room. They don’t offer any deodorant or basic hair care products like hairspray, mousse etc. so you have to bring all those. There is only very basic hairdryer without a diffuser - no flat iron or curling iron. Their combs are in barbicide, so I never use those. They used to have quality shampoo/conditioner in the showers (Moroccan Oil) and now have a no name one that seems way lower quality. There is no hand or body lotion so be prepared for dry skin if you do shower there, or bring your own. I find the lack of amenities surprisingly as most spas I’ve been to at this premium price point have these. The lockers are way too small. They need to have some that are double the size. There was a wait for the showers at my last visit and the drain was very slow. When I checked out, the girl at reception made an error (twice) and instead of apologizing, I got total frostiness while she corrected it. A smile would have gone a long way. She definitely shouldn’t be in customer service or at least needs some retraining. To be fair, her colleague next to her did offer me an apologetic smile. I think even she noticed the frostiness! Overall, may be worth the drive to go somewhere else."

"The RMT Jesse was wonderful! Very thorough, caring and genuine. Took extra care around injuries and offered advice to ease pain while waiting for surgery. The booking process was simple with Megan who was also lovely to deal with. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the speakers in the massage room are blown/broken so the peaceful spa music is really distorted and grating to listen to. Otherwise a great experience and I will definitely be back!"

"First time visiting this Spa, getting the appointment was relatively easy, I just went online and booked. They sent periodic reminders which was awesome, especially for someone who may have a busy calendar. Upon arriving the staff were pretty courteous, my therapist was on time which was excellent. The service was great! The therapist did a good job, I was literally falling asleep. I will definitely be back since I had a positive first impression. I felt very relaxed and impressed with the overall experience. Hopefully I am able to make this my home wellness center."

"Absolutely epic. Had a facial with Chanel, she was gentle and kind and took her time. My skin looks amazing. I also had treatment with Steve, his pressure was perfect and he was very accommodating as I had to answer a few calls. Will definitely be going back. If I could rate this place higher I would."

"I've been coming to Five Senses since 2018, and have primarily had massages and have had consistently good service no matter which RMT I've chosen. I've also tried other services such as body scrubs, manicures and pedicures and have enjoyed those as well. They are very conscientious about the hygiene of their spa tools as well. Highly recommend overall. Nice ambience and friendly staff."

"10/10 experience. The staff was amazing and my therapist is an amazing conversationalist. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. The music, the atmosphere is soooo soothing. The staff also gave me recommendations on what should I get massaged next to further help with the muscle tension. Absolutely amazing, will definitely go there again!"

"EDIT: Response to your comment: I have already been to my doctor before the scalp massage and they told me that I am not going through any hair loss because of postpartum or any other reason. Just because it’s common doesn’t mean all moms go through it. I did specify that the head massage was not gentle at all. This means that this was the reason why I lost so much hair. Please stop blaming moms and instead look at what was wrong from your side. Was their loyal customer until the experience I had with the indie head massage. Lots and lots of hair fell out and even more fell out as soon as I came home. I did call them to tell my experience and emailed them. All they did was blame it on my hormones which was ridiculous. I never had this much hair fall out before. They should take an appropriate action since I walked away in a worse state than coming in. I also told them my hair was pulled during the massage and should be gentle but they didn’t listen. I didn’t get a response back from them. My scalp still hurts til today. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place at all because they won’t listen to their clients, especially their regulars."

"check this out! i have never seen a 20,000 watt stand up booth. it is very 'cool'....i mean hot. it has no doors and all the lamps are in the vertical posts. owner John keep the whole place very clean too."

"I tanned at sunmagic on weber for decades. I would pay yearly, not monthly, and any unused points carried over when i signed up again. With new owners on Weber, i signed up ... but they wouldn't do the yearly fee, only monthly auto payments. I agreed, then covid hit, and of course they shut down periodically until 2022 (as per the mandates). The location changed right around covid closures but my account kept auto renewing for close to 2 years. Around 2022 i called and canceled the autorenewal, not wanting to drive across town. I didn't ask for money back, thinking my accumulated points would be there when i signed up again. I went yesterday to sign up and they had no record of me. I was still going to sign up, but the counter person who i think was the owner and the woman i dealt with before covid, argued with me, without knowing me. So frustrating. I was casually telling my story, surprised i wasn't in the system. She kept telling me i was wrong. Inferring they didn't auto deduct, i wasn't a client at this location so couldnt have auto renewed. I know i paid so her attitude was surprising. I tried to get her to stop talking about it, saying it didn't matter, that I'll just sign up now. She could not stop!! She kept telling me it didn't happen. I finally had enough, politely thanked her, and said i changed my mind about signing up. She had the gaul to say she just wanted me to have the right info... like i don't know what actually happened. I don't trust this location, wont ever go back. The owner gaslights and blames the customer, as you can see in her response - exhibit A below."

"I came here as my friend recommended and had an amazing time doing a spray tan for my first time. Both Jessica and Purdip from both locates are absolutely wonderful. They really took their time to explain the whole process to me and walk me through everything. I couldn't have asked for an better experience and love my results!!! I will definitely be back for another spray tan and will continue to be a customer. I really recommend coming to this beautiful salon! "The owners are super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things tanning. They have the best equipment that I have ever tanned in and I have been tanning for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have tanned and worked in other salons and I have to say nothing comes close to my tanning experience at Sun Magic in Kitchener at Westmount and Ottawa"

"Best salon in the KW area, they have the latest equipment with options for every skin type! Salon is high end and beautiful, always so clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Prices are amazing & if you become a member it's even better! You can tan for as little as 3.30$ a day! That's crazy :) Lotion options are great! From self tanners, tanning lotions and beauty products, they also offer red light therapy for younger looking skin, & as well teeth whitening to brighten your smile! Beautiful salon , well done guys :)"

"I have been to MANY tanning salons but Sun Magic is hands down the best! The prices are great and if you become a member the perks are even better! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable (Jess) always helps me out and is a wonderful employee.
