I also have had a few manicures and am extremely happy with the results. If you had a negative experience in the past, the new management is phenomenal so give it another try!"

"If I could grade this place lower than "poor-fair" I definitely would. The owner is EXTREMELY rude and has zero customer service skills. I had a gift card for a whole spa package including massage, facial, mani, and pedi. I phoned to book an appointment and she kept telling me she was busy and whatever day I wanted she said she was completely booked. After finally getting my massage/facial done, I booked an appointment in person for my mani/pedi. I watched her write my new appointment in on the day/time I said (meanwhile no other appointments were booked). The day before my appointment she called and told me I missed my time, and argued with me on the phone for 10 minutes saying it was my fault and I didn't have the right information and now she couldn't do my ACTUAL scheduled appointment because she was "overbooked". I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.... I cannot believe this lady is still in business. Do yourself a favour and skip the guaranteed hassle she'll give you and go somewhere else."

"I went there to use a 60.00 Gift Certificate that was given to me by my husband. When I went in I was asked if I have an appointment. I said no, I want to use my Gift Card to make a manicure appointment. There was no expiry date on my card. She said "just a minute I have to see if it is expired". I said there is no expiry date written on this card. She looked in a book and said it has expired. So I told her I should have just taken 60.00 and ripped it up. This is illegal. You can't take money and put an expiry date on it that isn't even written on the card. The owner of this place is rude, has no people skills, and should not be dealing with the public. And she took 60.00 from me and gave me nothing in return."

"I have been there many times and love the place! During the pedicure, you get to sit in a huge lazyboy type massaging chair which is heavenly! Prices are reasonable and they always do a great job!"

I’m unsure of their names (or who I was speaking to when adjusting my booking over the phone; she was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful!) but they are just lovely. I had an hour massage with Naomi, and she was fantastic! I have had a lot of massages in my life and she gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. Excellent pressure with the perfect amount of pain and purpose (knots and general soreness she worked on) while also relaxing. Thank you so much! Will be booking again soon."

"I had an utterly disappointing experience at Massage Addict that I feel compelled to share. I booked a session expecting a professional massage from a registered massage therapist Josh kennedy, but what I got was a complete waste of time. The RMT clearly lacked even the most basic understanding of massage techniques. Instead of providing a proper, therapeutic massage with varied techniques to address muscle tension, he simply applied pressure to one spot for nearly the entire session. It felt like they had no training or awareness of how to deliver an effective treatment. I left feeling frustrated, unrelieved, and honestly ripped off. Save your time and money—there are far better options out there for a professional massage. I won’t be returning."

Just very disappointed with the service. Nothing was really done to try to make up for the cancel.. and I was already almost at the location."

"Every time I book with massage addict I am disappointed. I used 150$ of my massage benefits for a massage that was not up to standard. I booked reflexology that was not performed properly and when I brought it to the receptionist attention she did not seem to care. She didn't ask questions or try to make it right. I wasn't disappointed with the therapist he was nice the actual Massage was good but it wasn't what I asked for or expected. I’m disappointed that my benefits went to waste."

"Dr. Dave was incredibly thorough, made me feel extremely comfortable by listening to each of my concerns and then fully explaining everything from the reason for the issue to exactly what he was going to do to attempt to help me with it. Dr. Dave made me feel as if he had genuine concern for me and was personally invested in helping me solve my issues which I have never experienced with any chiropractors I have previously seen. I don't have enough good things to say about my visit and the experience I had."
