Mamta was amazing, I ended up seeing her 3 times over 4 days! She uses a very physical/manual approach to therapy - lots of stretches and releases. It hurts, but so worth it. She also takes the time to fully explain everything she’s doing and why. So not only did she help relieve my pain during my weekend away, but I also learned so much about the root causes of my issues that no one had ever really explained to me before. Plus she sent me a stretching/strengthening plan to help me long term. All that to say, I highly recommend Mamta!"
